Great place for some good grub! Orders take some time to complete, but it is WORTH IT. Slow down and enjoy the scene of the restaurant, check out the oldies in the jukebox, soak in the atmosphere, and before you know it, you’ll have your tasty food. Also, beer on tap if you so desire, and some awesome desert options should you desire that also. Cheers Portillos, glad you’re in town.

For the price of the food what was received was honestly terrible. Fries not cooked all the way. The cashier laughed at me twice. The fact sliced cheese is used to be melted onto the chili cheese dogs is a cheap move considering the price for them. I am astounded someone recommended this place to me. Everything was rang in separately instead of in the meal. 33 bucks for 4 hot dogs , 2 SMALL fries , 2 sides of cheese sauce and a shake is wild. I could get twice as much food at a mom and pop hot dog stand for the same price. And much better tasting, too. Definitely won’t be back.

I was told to get the Italian beef sandwich and it did not disappoint. It was delicious, my onion rings were pretty good as well. You get so much food so I didn’t finish it all. There was so much to look at in resturant decor.

Stopped in on the way out of town from a basketball tournaments. First time eating at a Potillo’s. Was not sure what to expect. When you walk in you are greeted with a cool 50’s style theme with a ton of decorations. Menu is easy to navigate and the staff were friendly. Quite a few choices and definitely wanted to try a signature dish. I chose the Maxwell Sausage and the signature hot dog. The hot dog was dressed as expected with sport peppers, pickles, tomato and the works. The hot dog was decent but nothing to write home about. The Maxwell Sausage on the other was fantastic in my opinion. It was nice and crispy on the outside and dressed with grilled onions and mustard. This dish shines and would definitely be a go to for me. All in all it was a great experience and definitely recommend stopping in.

My go to place for Italian beef as close as I can get to Chicago style. Love the strawberry shortcake dessert too! This locations service is a little slower than expected but not unreasonable. Lots of dining space but loud and a little overwhelming to those sensitive to sound.

I liked the cake shake a lot even though its pretty heavy! I also enjoyed the sandwich, I’d recommend not getting it wet and just adding your own sauce afterwards though. Would definitely go back with family or friends from out of town.

Rob helped my family and I at the counter. We had never been here and he guided us through some popular choices and informed us about desserts. He was professional and very friendly. The staff was personable and the atmosphere was unique. Would definitely recommend.

Tried out Italian Beef and sausage, the meat was very tender and flavourful. Only downside about this chain is they don’t take Apple Pay. This is so common. Only a few people carry physical card with them.

Upscale hotdog throwback. Great decor and atmosphere. Sandwiches and shakes are awesome. Place fills up fast with baseball traffic! Parking is nice with big lot.
