Absolutely the worst location. Ordered a jumbo chili cheese dog and I got a jumbo dog with relish and pickles and mustard??? Please tell me how that’s a chili cheese dog? I even took a picture of what we received and our receipt. Absolutely garbage location and service. Why pay for something you don’t even receive. Fries are always not fully cooked and just thrown into bag and fries dumped all out. I used to work in fast food and never did anything like this. The customer service was ok. However this is my husbands Italian beef. Literally mostly bread and one slice of meat was on his sandwich which made it mostly a bread sandwich. If this was a cheap meal it would be fine but I chose this restaurant because I really like their food and I am a former employee and this was never allowed when I was employed there. We spent $50 on food for dinner which is why this was so disappointing!!

The fish sandwich was surprisingly crispy. The last time I had it was a bit soggy. The cheese sauce was creamy, no lumps. The fries were ok, I wish they were a little bit more crispy. I did enjoy the large pickle on my sandwich. I thought they would have small slices. I wasn’t impressed with customer service. I can’t believe they have their employees stand in the cold nearly negative degrees to take orders. I feel rushed when they have it like that. Also when you drive up to the window you aren’t greeted properly. You will sit at the window without knowing how long the wait will be until you get your food.

I stopped in for my Saturday treat and it was a very cold day…very cold! To my surprise, there were people outside taking orders. I disagree with this!! Come on guys! Unless there have heated suits and shoes and gloves, they have no business out there. Even then, their faces would be cold.
Take a hint from the chicken people. They are outside, but in little booths, with heat! They have fans in the summer.
Most people who work need jobs so they might be willing to do any numbers of things to feed themselves and their families. While the owners are sitting back collecting money at the expense of these workers, it would be nice to do something to protect them!

Went here tonight for dinner with some friends. Guy at the register was nice but forgot to add a few things. Waited 20 minutes for our food. Im not sure if he was some sort of manager but he was dressed differently than the other workers. He Decided to argue and get condescending with me when I brought up the missing food, which i didnt realize wasn’t on the receipt until then, and having to wait 20 minutes. Terrible customer service. So I had to get back in line and wait another 10 minutes for a milkshake. Onto the food. Food (burgers and hot dogs) looked like it was literally thrown together just well enough to package it. Fries were awful. Just an all around bad experience. I worked in the service and food industry for years and been to plenty of other portillos and I wouldnt go here again if it was the last one on earth. Do better.

After a long day working at a hospital helping others. Just needed a small quick fries for dinner but Justasia made the visit all the better. Her personality was the best customer service I’ve received here. It was nice especially in today time we’re caring for others rarely exist to encounter a smile like hers. Made my day better. She deserves recognition being outside in 28 degree weather and pleasant. Thank you,

Italian beef sandwich was delicious. Fries were tasty also. More like a destination than a restaurant. Went the dive thru route but sandwiches can be a bit messy(which is perfectly fine) so we went in to actually eat them lol. I used a fork.

They have great food. The store is always clean. We haven’t had anything we don’t like here. The beef is always a great option. Their fries are crisp and nicely salted. The bathrooms are well maintained.

We bought the renowned chocolate cake for a friend and added another for ourselves. This is a GREAT chocolate cake. I ordered a combo beef and sausage sandwich with sweet peppers. Generous sausage and peppers were on the sandwich. Not as much beef as in the “old days”, but adequate. Could have been a variation in the one who prepared the sandwich. Taste was great.
