We’ve been here a couple of times when we are in the area. Usually this is a 4+ star but on this day it was not. Ordered the new rodeo burger and large fry. The burger was good but not great and the fries were Luke warm at best and the box was only 3/4 full. Still will be back when we’re in the area but need to work on serving hot fresh food.

Took my 86 year old mom for lunch and she loved it! The decor was right up her alley and she loved her polish sausage with mustard and fried onions! The chili cheese dog was good, the dog ‘snapped’ which is a must with beef dogs!! The music is fun too!!!

Went to Portillo’s based on a recommendation. It was good! The staff was friendly and helpful. The cashier was in training which was fine. I ordered the sausage and Italian beef with peppers bowl with a Ceasars salad. It was really good. They also gave me a half roll with butter. We were sitting in the back room that closes at 9:00pm. The worker was definitely letting us know without saying “you need to leave”. He was wiping all the tables around us and stacking the chairs on the tables. He was sweet; however, it would have been nice if the worker communicated the closing to us. However, I would definitely return as the food is always good.

Grew up in north-west suburbs of Chicago where Portillo’s were abundant. So incredibly happy they are branching into Wisconsin. Quality of food and service are great! Get the beef/sausage combo!

Great food. I always love the big beef sandwich when I want something super beefy. A good alternative is beef and sausage. My buddy had the hot dogs and had to go back for thirds. It’s a little dark and gloomy inside but maybe that’s how it’s liked or was just a temporary thing. Service was pretty good with respectful workers and fast service. I ordered online and my meals have always been out on time.

The Walmart of hot dog restaurants. Seen a bunch of people post about Portillo’s online. Saying how great it is. The staff acted like they hated their job. The place was dirty. The food was bland. Ordered the large dogs. Makes me wonder how small the regulars are. Tastes like Bar-S hot dogs. The chili cheese dog was messy. Not in the good way. Onion rings tasted like ones you get from the freezer section at Sam’s club.

I love the chocolate cake they make there, fresh every day. I’ve only had a sandwich there ; it was okay. I heard they are noted for their Chicago style hot dogs. Next time I go, I will have one.
