We’ve been a few times now and have really enjoyed! The food has been very good and very good portions. We’ve tried the plates, sandwiches, and wings and all have been good. Service has also been very good and we like the chill atmosphere.

Placed an order to go – BBQ pork, brisket and corned beef sandwich which they subbed brisket for as they were out. The sandwich was good, but the bbq was a 2 out of 10. Pork was dry, brisket was stringy. The sides were a 1 out of 10. Brunswick stew had no flavor, was super spicy and had no corn, okra, limas, or potatoes. The mac and cheese had a greyish hue and was dry and bland. The coleslaw was bitter, and the beans tasted off. We won’t return.

We went for lunch with a group of seven Saturday afternoon. It was quiet and were able to be seated easily. I ordered the corn beef Reuben with Brunswick Stew. I really enjoyed the sandwich. It was really yummy with lots of meat and Swiss cheese and sauerkraut. I probably wouldn’t order the Brunswick Stew again but it wasn’t bad. I can also recommend the loaded fries and the club sandwich. Both were really good. Large portions.

Before I start with the , I’ll start with . Garrett our server was amazing. True there weren’t many patrons, but he was very courteous and attentive. The BBQ sauce I had for my ribs was delicious and the Happy Amber beer was tasty. The caesar dressing was pretty good too. Now for the meh …The ribs weren’t good at all. They are smoked instead of grilled and it definitely makes a difference. My suggestion is they need to be smoked way longer than they are. The meat was extremely tough. I only ate part of it. My fiance had the brisket and it honestly was mostly fat. The $10 candied bacon stated they were thick slices….they were not. It even made my fiance complain and he is normally quiet. The mac and cheese had way too much pepper to the point it wasn’t really edible. That was really disappointing. I almost got the greens but found out they aren’t homemade so hard pass. The women’s bathroom was pretty nasty too. The seat had to be wiped off and they are stingy with the paper towels. And to top it off we spent a lot our time fighting with a fly. He landed on my head and my salad (I was done eating after that). We had a Groupon for their flight tasting which is why we came. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

We went to this area for pizza but made a last second audible and wanted to try this place. The atmosphere is nice and I like the look of the place. The food was great and our server was very friendly. We will be back.

Our server was above and beyond. The flights were great to try, fresh and the recommendations were good to find which beer we like.

The food was all full of flavor. Will definitely be back.

Glad I found this place! They were still getting out of the COVID slump but we had a great experience. The atmosphere was as expected, but in its own way unique. Service was perfect, even with short staff and a soft reopening we never felt we had to wait too long for anything. We ordered (intentionally) as many meats and sides as we could to get the full experience, as I love me some smoked food. We were not disappointed with anything we ordered, and my wife thought the pimento cheese was fantastic. Pork rinds, millionaire bacon, buffalo Mac and cheese… all had great reviews from my family. For my carb/side I chose the tots and they served the purpose very well. I personally recommend the Pinkerton IPA but I know that’s a personal thing. They had sours, porters,…all the usuals. Plenty of styles to choose from. If you’re close, swing on in for a try. In my opinion it was worth the visit. There were more options than I expected so we’re looking forward to another round! We went at 8:00 pm on a Tuesday night. Not very packed, so we had our choice of tables. We sat at a booth, which had its own personal TV!

The beers were good. We got the Amber and the Dunkelweizen.

For food, we got the Wicked Brisket, which was very good. It had great flavor. The only issue with the Wicked Brisket was that there were entire bites with just fat. It would be nice if next time they cut out the fat. The 1/2 pound brisket plate was okay. The brisket was too tough, not tender or moist. I used a lot of sauce, but that didn’t really solve the problem. The wings were alright. They were cold, but they did have good flavor. The pulled pork was also just alright. For sides, we got the fries, 3 Cheese Mac, and Off the Cob Mexi Street Corn. Out of the three sides, the fries were the best. They had a perfect crunch and were nice and hot. The mac and cheese was disappointing—not cheesy. The corn was decent.

Good service, but I think there is much better BBQ elsewhere.

Ok people, let me explain. . . Porter Brew & Que Brewery easily has the best burger I’ve had since my hometown of Chicago!!! Greg, Patty, and the entire team understands service, great food, and hospitality. Today happened to be a tough morning because well, ‘life happens’. They not only turned my day around with their kindness, the food turned my LIFE around! I ordered the Smokehouse burger, (see photo) and I have ordered this burger several times before so they know EXACTLY how I like it prepared and they make it happen EVERYTIME! Medium burger- perfectly moist and very well made…with the cheese, onions, pickled situation and French fries….. and that red BBQ sauce they make from scratch is EVERYTHING! (they also have a yellow one). I’ve decided to wait for multiple positive experiences before writing a review for any restaurant and PB&Q has earned every good thing I could EVER say! They are in the running for ‘The Best of Perimeter’ and can CERTAINLY see why!!!! They brew their own beer and their IPA’s change the game! I needed a place to woosah during lunch and I am glad I chose PB&Q!!! Way to GO!!!!!

First and last visit! Should not be called Que. It was the worst tasting food I’ve had in a very long time. For sure a waste of my $32. Meat (ribs and brisket) tasted boiled then called it dry rubbed and sprinkled jerk seasoning on wet boiled meat which made it even worse. The collard green was horrible. Canned greens taste better. The Mac and cheese was ok but never ever have I had green onions in Mac but ok! Who used dried chopped bay leave in a rub on ribs. Maybe they get you drunk before you eat . But I don’t drink. I guess I can say I paid $32 for a great piece of toast and a smile and friendly service from waitress!
