Ordered a large pizza over the phone for pickup. Took a little bit longer than expected but they were super busy so it’s understandable! Pizza was delicious!!!

I’m not one to leave reviews but I’m doing it today.
We ordered from this restaurant through door dash. We are visiting from NC and this experience has really upset us. We get our food that was $82.00 and our meat lovers pizza that we added banana peppers, jalapeños and mushrooms too had ONLY those veggies and mushrooms on it. This was a $40 pizza and it was no where near correct. I also ordered a cannoli that I didn’t even get. We got an order of breadsticks to share and didn’t get any marinara or anything like you usually get. When I called the restaurant to tell them what happened I was directed to DoorDash and they were to figure it out. Okay so I did and I got $50 or so back. Okay that’s all well and good but as we sit here about to eat our salads I realize there isn’t one utensil in our bag so we are just staring at our salads wondering how wet are going to eat them lol of course there aren’t any utensils at the hotel. What a fun night!

This used to be the best pizza place in town, and we ordered from here regularly. Unfortunately, since it changed ownership, the quality has gone downhill. The last couple of times we ordered, the pizza arrived cold and our order wasn’t even correct. For the price, it’s just not worth it anymore. We won’t be ordering again, which is disappointing because it used to be so good. Just wanted to give others a heads up before they spend their money.

I’ve ordered from here a few times but the quality dropped to the lowest I probably won’t ever order again I have recommended this place and I used to rave about the pizza being the best hands down now I won’t do either the western pizza was the worst I’ve ever received and not even the right ingredients I couldn’t check before the delivery guy ran off after handing me a barely like warm not what I ordered. Whatever cook you may have lost pay them more and bring them back because if this is what to expect in the future very disappointing and now I gotta find a new spot…..sad moment the picture on left is todays the right is what once was…. I kinda would have got a refund except they were already closed but my pizza was way later then they said so I’m sure it sat there getting cold while they closed and hoped I wouldn’t notice….and I did it sucked and a waste of 35 dollars I don’t recommend it’s a lot for pizza that’s old and cold!!!!

Ordered pizza and cheesy bread from Alberto’s yesterday and it was by far the best pizza I have ever had, there was about 6 of us and we all thought the food was amazing 10/10 highly recommend and will be ordering from here from now on.

For the first two time we ate from here was one of the best. Now it’s a waste of time. I ordered a pizza and wings and a 2 liter. It took an hour. They forgot the 2 liter. Price was 50 bucks. And the pizza quality was about the quality of little ceasors..or worse. Do yourself a favor and not go here.

By far the best pizza I’ve ever had! I came here from Ohio with my daughter and husband and we really wanted some pizza, the reviews and photos brought us to Alberto’s pizza shop and OMGGGGG!!!!! We got the spaghetti bread and a medium pizza with cheese and half pepperoni with garlic knot crust and it was INCREDIBLE!!!! The spaghetti bread is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted, like seriously it was so good it doesn’t even make sense! Christina took our order and Jessica was out waitress and they were both awesome, they were super friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. Our daughter hasn’t gotten to try the cannolli or tiramisu yet because we are stuffed but I have no doubt that it will be just as amazing as the rest of the food! I’m so sad that we don’t have one of these in Ohio because I would be ordering from them probably weekly!

The people at this pizza place are very nice and helpful. The pizza is good. In addition to Pizza they offer: Stromboli, Calzones, Pasta, Antipasto, Subs and Desserts. Daily Lunch Specials from 11am to 3pm.

Pizza had, possibly 2 tbls of sauce, so dry it was actually difficult to swallow. When Icalled, I politely mentioned lack of sauce. ” Next time ask for extra sauce.” ??

Let me start off by saying everybody is human and I understand people make mistakes. I had a small mistake with my order and Kyle completely Went above and beyond for me. I live a half an hour away from Alberto‘s. He made my order right , and personally brought it to me. Alberto has a customer for life in us and everyone I know. Thank you for being the best!
