I was looking forward to my port of subs sandwich, which usually is delicious. However this time the bread tasted several days old, was dry and stale. It didn’t taste fresh. I also purchased a brownie. It also tasted several days old. Very dry. Had one bite. Maybe would be good soaked in milk. Disappointed With that said the staff were friendly. Very apologetic about a hiccup with their computer requiring cash only payment.

I’ve eaten here many times over the years it’s been open and there was a time id give it 5 ⭐. … however now it really depends on what time and who is doing the sandwich making. There are 3 employees I’ve noticed. The two younger are well at their job. However one provides amazing customer service and always has a very welcoming beautiful smile. While the other seems like she just doesn’t want to be their at all and looks bored.

I ordered two platters of sandwiches for my bridal party on the day of my wedding. One platter contained pork and the other one was turkey since I have a groomsman with a religious restriction. They gave me two platters of pork sandwiches. I am very upset as my groomsman did not get to eat lunch that day.
When I came in to pick up my order, the employees were extremely confused and nothing was labeled. It took multiple people to be able to get me anything, and it was incorrect in the worst way. This food was expensive and I was relying on it for my wedding day. Never again.

My pastrami sandwich was so good last week when the young girl made it. This time it’s was an older lady. Well this time my tomato was thicker than my meat. I couldn’t even taste it so I took it off and it was 2 slices. It didn’t have the oil and vinegar or salt and pepper. It was severely lacking in flavor and I don’t think I’ll be back! Way better options out there especially since you don’t know what you’re gonna get!

Food is good, like an upscale subway. Service was slow and they took time to chat with customers speaking their language instead of making sandwiches. The interior looks nice and lots of seating. Wife found a long black hair in her sandwich and refused to eat any more, she’s brunette.
