I’ve lived near this Port of Subs for about an year and get a sandwich every couple weeks. I’ve always had a good experience. The food it good and quick, friendly service. The giant cookie is worth the trip by itself.

A poor performance, a sloppy joe style presentation. The inconsistency and over abundance of mayonnaise, I paid for a platter and got 50$ worth of mayonnaise and 10$ of mess. The platter was disheveled and greasy from mayo. I have purchased 6 platters in 3 month, may find a better sub alternative now!

Bread was stale and service poor. Quality was terrible for a Port of Subs. They are serving day old bread should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered some sandwiches ahead and just scheduled them for asap. I got stuck at work and wasn’t able to make it right away so the food sat. I get a call letting me know the food is ready but I’m still at work. So when I walk in the lady working gives me a nasty remark about how late I am. Again stuck at work I have no control over this. This lady is rude and dismissive that I was at work. I love this location as it is close and have usually had good experiences. I do not know the ladies name but she’s rude and treats customers poorly. Unacceptable.

I got a chicken melt and a large part of my bread was hard and stale. There are at least 3 other reviews (1-star) which mention stale, dry, or old bread from this location. Some advice to the owners: the bread is what makes the sandwich; don’t cut corners by serving up old bread to increase your profits. My wife suspected her chicken had freezer burn, and she didn’t like how the chicken was microwaved while inside of a plastic bag. My son’s sandwich bread was cold to the touch, like it had been refrigerated, however, I can’t confirm this, and he enjoyed his sandwich.
The people running the place were polite, but we all had trouble understanding one of the guys. It was our first time walking into this particular location, and we likely won’t be back. In the restaurant/food biz, you typically only get one chance to get it right.
I’ll end on a positive note: my chicken melt and my wife’s chicken wrap both had ample amounts of chicken. There was a sizeable amount of meat, and ultimately, the sandwiches were still tasty; I’ve just had way, way better from Port of Subs (not this one).

Stopped in for the first time today, was in a rush and only ordered a kids sandwich, but they were so fast and friendly! And they threw in a little Oreo package, which my littles discovered and were super excited over it. ❤️

Came here on Monday night and one guy wasn’t wearing any kind of hair net or hat, the other guy with the turban did not change his gloves after checking people out and going back to making sandwiches. Very gross and unsanitary atmosphere. Will not be back.

Eat there all the time! Love it! Ordered lunch for 80 with dessert trays! Everything was packaged perfectly, and there was plenty for everyone, and enjoyed by all!

Bread was hard as a rock. Completely stale. Two different types of bread and both sandwiches were completely inedible. I have ordered from there before but it’s been awhile because they ALWAYS mess the order up. This is the last time I will go to this port of subs. I highly recommend going somewhere else. They skimp on the meat and vegetables. One sandwich had no condiments at all on it. Terrible
