Chipotle stays reliable and efficient. I went with my family and everyone found something they liked. The menu stays simple but flexible, so you control exactly what goes into your meal. Portions stay solid and ingredients taste fresh.

For the most part I enjoy Chipotle, but there’s been a consistent issue at this location. Every time I order the regular chicken, it’s extremely spicy, so much so that I end up throwing it away because I can’t eat it. I’m not talking about the spicy chicken option, I mean the regular chicken.
I don’t mind a little heat, but at this location it’s way beyond what I experience at other Chipotle restaurants. In fact, I often end up driving to the other Chipotle in Ashburn because the chicken there is never overly spicy and is exactly what I expect when I order the regular chicken.
This has been happening for years, and I’ve even mentioned it to staff before. It really seems like the chicken at this location is being seasoned much spicier than it should be. If there’s already a spicy chicken option on the menu, the regular chicken shouldn’t be so hot that some people can’t eat it. I’d love to be able to order from this location without worrying that the food will be too spicy to finish.

Been coming here since it opened but the last several years have been a disaster. Every time I come the portions are actually pathetic , service is so bad, and they can’t wrap a burrito. I forget how bad it is I come back the next year and get upset again. Cava portions next door are much better

The meat wasn’t even cooked, everything was sloppy, and the rice was undercooked.
It was so salty I couldn’t even eat it.
I honestly don’t know if they tasted the food while making it.

Don’t ever go to this chipotle if you have a big appetite. They will rob you of half your money like they did to me right here. I finally got home and opened up my fresh burrito bowl and this is the tragedy I open the lid to. This specific chipotle is notorious for doing this, and I will not be going back to this specific one. Save your money and satisfy your appetite somewhere else!!!

I went in for lunch to get food for my coworker and I. The food was okay but I had asked them to give my a crispy tortilla. They put both tortillas in the same bag and I asked which one is the crispy one? The lady grabbed the tortillas out the bag and wrapped the “crispy” one differently to tell the difference. I said okay that’s fine, I come back to work and eat my meal but when my colleague opened his “tortilla” it was 2 taco shells. I was shocked cuz I saw the lady make the tortilla, but her swapping it out for taco shells wasn’t right. I am in disbelief still that she save me taco shells. They really took crispy tortilla to a different level.
