They make the sandwiches so sloppy, they put way too much lettuce and the vinegar drizzle is heavy handed making tue sandwich very sour and hard to eat. I am disappointed because I love port of subs but this location ruined that for me. Management needs to retrain their staff on how to properly assemble their sandwich’s to loyal customers like myself to enjoy. I order my sandwich from this location all the time and never had a problem. There was no refund option so I could get my money back and I spent $40 dollars. I called the location and the manager basically brushed me off saying it was basically our fault for how we ordered. No integrity whatsoever.

This is the last time I will eat here. I’ve had my sandwiches messed up every single time. One sandwich was made with all the tops of the bread and the other was made with only the bottom of the bread. I took it back to get them fixed and the worker saw nothing wrong with them. Worker was very rude and told us that “it’s something that just happens”.
Really disappointed in this port of subs, we use to go all the time.

Ordered off the catering menu to feed “12-16” people. I only had 8 people over and there was just enough for 2 mini sandwiches each. I wasn’t going to write this review until I opened my sandwich to realized it had one thin slice of meat and one slice of cheese. I checked the others and realized the same thing for majority of them. We were ripped off for sure. Never ordering from here again.

Our small church has used this location for some of our functions. We’ve spent $1000÷ in the past year, yet when we asked for a donation for our VBS this year we got 0 response.
Sun Valley Subway came through in a big way providing 48 box lunches for our kids and volunteers.

I love subs but the service was not excellent. Kinda rude and in a rush, knowing it was just us. No other customers. The sub was not warm and disgustingly, the one making the sub went to the pantry grab a bag of lettuce, grabs a scissor to open it, and opens the drawers throwing the plastic bag, using the same gloves handling our food. Disgusting!!!

The quality of this location has declined steadily over the last number of visits. Visits in the past have been quick and efficient and quality of food has been great. Today I went to order two sandwiches. I was initially ignored while a customer who walked in after me was attended to. When I was finally helped, I was having trouble finding the hot pastrami on the menu so I asked if they had a hot pastrami. I was informed the number 9 was what I was looking for so I ordered. About halfway through the process I noticed the pastrami and cheese hadn’t been heated so I asked why. I was told only the hot pastrami was warm, not the number 9 to which I asserted I had asked for a hot pastrami. No attempt was made to offer up rectify the situation and I was frustrated at that point so rather than make a big deal I finished out my order, paid and left. In addition to the poor service, the woman who sliced the meat for my sandwich adjusted her hair while wearing the same gloves she then used to touch meat and cheese. The other female employee coughed and didn’t wash her hands. Overall the level of quality and customer service has declined to the point I won’t return to Port of Subs anymore.

The employees working there the night we stopped in seemed to be more interested in their small talk instead of greeting welcoming their customers. For there having been 3 employees there that night, you would think the dining area would be kept up.. not the case here, let’s just say we were so close to eating out in our car instead.
