The food here was very good. The customer service was terrible! Waited for a long time to even b addressed, then when we asked questions the lady rolled her eyes and was not helpful at all. Also the inside was a mess! And very loud! We couldn’t even talk at our table.

Love the fact they hire young people, disappointed in the lack of maturity. Case in point, placed an order and they work as a Team of 3 to construct sandwiches after order is taken. We’ll two of three sandwiches were to be toasted and one worker decides he is going to make another worker move out the way by touching her on arm with a hot tool used to remove sandwiches from oven, she screams cause it’s hot and distracts the third worker as he is constructing the third sandwich which he makes wrong because he didn’t read how it was to be made. I paid $11.00 for my turkey bacon sandwich. It literally has one ONE piece of turkey. I thought they forgot the turkey all together but saw the ONE slice stuck to the bread. Guess bread is really costly
these days because that’s basically all I got. It’s ridiculous that one sandwich cost $11.00 and all you get is ONE slice of turkey, 2 slices of bacon and cheese. I mean come on, either charge half of that or put a couple slices of meat on it. I won’t ever be back.

Stuck at the hotel and am so thankful for my awesome delivery!!! Maybe 15 minutes after pushing the order button on my phone, my delivery guy showed up with my sandwich and snacks for tomorrow!

First time in this specific reasturant, didn’t know about the online counter and they pointed out like I should have already known, was rude from the get go, and they forgot chips that were paid for, thankfully we checked before we left and were able to get them. Been going to this place almost daily for several years. Always order the same thing (#4 no tomato) and often they start making it for me as I walk in the door. The quality is extremely consistent and I have always found them to be very very friendly here.

The last time I was there (last Wednesday) there was a new employee (new to me anyway) at the register, extremely friendly and helpful, and I think he got discombobulated a bit when the guy that knows me well made my sandwich as I was walking in and put it on the counter when we were in the process of my paying. I took the card out when it said “approved” and the guy said that it must not have gone through because the receipt didn’t print out, could I please run it again. I told him that it said it had been approved, but no big deal, I ran it again and the receipt printed out. I sat down and checked my credit union checking account and it showed that two charges of $10.95 just went through. I took it back and showed him. He was extremely helpful but he said he had to go back and talk to the manager. (She has always been extremely friendly, always says hi, and smiles at me whenever I go in.) I was sure she’d take care of it.

He came back to my table a minute later and said that she told him only one charge had gone through, but to give the bank a few days and I could always come back and get a refund. (He was very apologetic about this.) This response kind of surprised me, since I had clearly shown him (and he relayed it to Melissa) that two charges had just appeared in my checking account.

OK, I thought. I’ll give it a few days. Maybe there’s something about this I don’t understand. It’s now been four days and both charges are still there. This has NOTHING to do with the money. I just was hurt more than anything to be treated this way. Sorry Jimmy John”s. You’ve lost a customer for life.
