The Service effort and presentation was five star. The sandwiches are smaller than they used to be, not in length but in height. The 2 foot sandwich was still almost $23, which is still about the best bang for the buck.

I just had the best sandwich in recent memory here. Smoked ham with provolone on their Rosemary bread. Toasted. I was helped by a very friendly young lady who could not have been nicer. It looks like their negative posts were left by people who may need an adjustment or two because this place is top drawer, so don’t let them put you off!

Ordered two trays for work. Each tray feeds 20-25 people. We had 19 people eat. Grown men. It wasn’t close to enough. I asked for condiments on the side. Not enough and they all weren’t there. No oil and vinegar, no salt pepper oregano.
When picking up trays, I watched a young man handle receipts, microwave, other food items with the same gloves he made food with. Now if you made food and did all those things after, not as much of a big deal. But all that was done prior to handling food that’s ready to eat.

Order a sandwich and they managed to put pickles on it when I didn’t ask for pickles instead of reading what should’ve been on my sandwich they chose not to read. I’m allergic to pickles so now I have to give my sandwich to my neighbor cause I can’t even bring it in my house do better please

I was trying to place an online order and I was having trouble; I was in the wrong section, the pickup times weren’t working, and I was worried about my order being ready on time. Rosemary called me and walked me through the process, refunded me my first order that I had messed up, and made sure to let me know she’d start right away to get everything ready for my desired pickup time. So grateful for her extra help; the problems were my own doing and she was extremely understanding and kind.
