RIP OFF! The staff was friendly and the food OK, but the guy who ran the place overcharged me, not by a little – by like THREE TIMES the price on the menu. He pointed to a sign that said prices have gone up, to which I said I understood but not THREE TIMES as much! He was indifferent, offered me ridiculous explanations that made no sense, I was tempted to just walk out and not pay but for some reason I did pay, but was definitely RIPPED OFF. If you want to be overcharged for mediocre food, go! Oh, and he called me an a**hole as I left. So, if you want to be ripped off for mediocre food and be called expletives on your way out the door, go! Otherwise, I suggest Bendicion which is twenty feet away.

Called for delivery after telling the woman what we wanted she asked for the phone number when giving her the phone number she repeated it back wrong so I said it again she said no English and hung up we called back and asked for a manager she said there is no manager and hung up again , went there to order and the man who took our order was rude nasty to us took our pie out set it on the counter and after 15 minutes still didn’t put it in the box to give it to us over priced burnt food rude people don’t waste your money and time

I just ordered a cheesesteak $5.50, a soda $?, and 12 zeppoles $3.75. To be delivered. I don’t know why I was charged $18. I know there is tax. But it should have been around $13. Too expensive for delivery I guess.

The food is good but they like to over charge $10 every time I’ve been there I complained and talked to the manager his reasoning was because of price changes. But menus were being delivered while I was there with same prices & written prices on door still showing old prices “but they haven’t changed them” showing that they like to over charge you on receipt but don’t tell you about new prices. Manager gave attitude and didn’t want to charge me prices as they are being displayed/showed on menu, cashier/cook don’t wash there hands after handling money

Food is good, service is horrible! I placed an order for delivery, an hour later still nothing so i called and they basically said delivery didn’t start for another 30 min, which wasn;t said to me in the previous call. I decided to personally pick up my order instead and to my surprise they didn’t even have the order cooking to begin with!. All i ordered was 12pc wings and a cheesesteak and got it 2 hours later! Nope, won’t be going through that nonsense again. They need to get people that can actually interact with people vs dismiss them just because they’re too busy or can’t understand! Honesty comes a long way!

Unprofessional/Disrespectful, never showed up….I ordered (4) Appetizers, muscles, french fries, onion rings and garlic knots at 5:30pm and called back at 7pm. Was told that the order was out for delivery…….NEVER received a call or the order, and literally live up the street from their location. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional, would NOT recommend them for such treatment. 10/25/15

The bill doesnt specify the prices of the things you ordered and when you call they give you different prices to the ones they show on the menu(the menu is not older than a Month). Even after verifying the prices they did admit to charging 2 extra dollars… Smh

THIS PLACE HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!!!!! Customer service is awful. I order from here frequently, but lately everytime I order their prixes fluctuate. Overcharges and non accurate prices. When you speak on it the manager gets an attitude and threatens NOT to deliver food.
