Adrian and amber are so nice they were both extra extra nice and super friendly they really take pride in their jobs cus everything came out perfect they made us the most beautiful subs I mean look at those a work of art we really appreciate it they taste even better when they are made with love ❤️ so if you’re in the area come see adrian iland amber they will treat you like family 10/10 service

The gentleman who helped me is why the 5 stars. He was very accommodating I wish I would have read the bad review about the pastrami before I ordered it because that review was spot on. NO FLAVOR small thin slices. The brownie wasn’t fresh in fact hard around the edges.

Saturday October 11th around 2 pm I went is in to purchase some food for my daughter who is vegetarian. The staff (2 men and 1 lady) went above and beyond and were so accommodating and kind. I have never received such great customer service. I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. Thank you so very much! I am definitely going to return the next time I come for vacation. Thank you again.

Good sub shop. They offer subs, deli meat, cookies, salads, macaroni salad, and potato salad. The employees are new and learning but friendly and efficient. We LOVED the cookies! They had lots of seating and hand sanitizer near the restaurant. Don’t forget to tip the employees. Most food workers make minimum wage in Laughlin which is ridiculously low.

It would appear Renee at the front desk told me the meats at Port Of Subs in the Casino location are not refrigerated at a good enough temperature and advised me too not eat here after I asked for some coupons. Thats not good because I know she was lieing, why would she Slander the food joint here?

The pastrami on my sandwich was the worst deli meat I’ve ever been served. All of the veggies are wilted, see photo. While I was waiting for my order one of the employees pulled out a container of shredded lettuce and covered over the wilted and browning lettuce in the bottom, which I’m pretty sure is a health code violation. I had to repeat myself a number of times when they listened to me at all, they would just start making a sandwich without asking how I wanted it; ended up with the wrong cheese on one sandwich but after awhile it’s just not worth the effort. One employee asked if my grilled cheese was cooked enough I said no so she put it back in the oven hit some buttons but never turned it back on and didn’t ask a second time. Neither employee knew when they should replace their plastic gloves wearing them like a part of their uniform, another health code violation and why I will always think of this chain as the Port of food borne illness.
