The experience at this particular DD was horrible. In no way do i feel this experience is the “norm” for DD.
First, they were out of a lot of the most common items, and it wasn’t that late in the day. Then the cashier (while nice) couldn’t figure out how to ring the order up correctly….ended uo taking 2 or 3 people to figure it out.
Lastly, all four bacon egg and cheese sandwiches came with the bacon uncooked. Literally not cooked, and that sight can not be unseen as it looked like those bacon strips you feed your dog

This Dunkin’ is a solid, reliable stop when you need quick coffee and something small to eat — especially when you’re on the go and don’t have time for a whole sit-down situation. It’s one of those places where you know exactly what you’re getting, and that’s the whole point.
Big plus for the frum oilam: this location is kosher, which makes it an easy, stress-free stop when you want coffee and a quick bite without doing extra cheshbonos. Just a quick heads-up: it’s not Cholov Yisroel, so depending on what you keep, you may want to order accordingly (black coffee / non-dairy options, etc.).
They open early, which is a huge plus. When it’s 5 AM and you’re functioning on pure emunah and “I’ll be fine,” Dunkin’ is there to give you that caffeine chizuk. The staff is generally quick and the orders come out fast, and even when it’s busy, they keep the line moving.
The coffee is consistent, and the menu has enough options that everyone can find something — hot, iced, sweet, not sweet, plus donuts/munchkins and breakfast items for a quick bite. It’s not trying to be fancy, it’s trying to be fast and convenient, and this location does that well.

I just want to give a big shoutout to the staff at this Dunkin’ Donuts. They’re working hard, staying kind, and keeping things moving despite how hectic it can get. I’ve noticed how some customers can be extremely demanding, impatient, or even disrespectful — and yet the team handles it with such professionalism and grace.
You all deserve way more credit and kindness. Thank you for showing up every day and doing what you do — it doesn’t go unnoticed. Seriously, props to you guys.

Busy, but fast service. Clean sitting area and restrooms. Friendly staff. All sandwiches are made with vegetarian option. Food is always fresh and drinks well made. Go here all the time no issues ever.
