While visiting the area, we stopped by to get a smoothie in lieu of a big lunch. Service was great; Kylie was incredibly friendly and attentive. I had the Brownie Batter and it was quite tasty. Nice place with a really great vibe!

This was my first visit and I must say I was pretty impressed. I was greeted warmly and asked about my Build a Bear kids too, without feeling judged. It made me smile and feel welcomed that they got included in my experience. It was so cozy, decorated perfectly for Christmas ! The service was fast and my “Grinch” drink was tart and tangy. I will definitely be returning to try more drinks and especially the shakes.
The prices are around $7 a drink, but considering the service, it was well worth it. I’d rather choose this option over Starbucks to support local business.
I recommend this place for fast and friendly service and all around good vibes. Check it out!

I have only been a few times, BUT I love this place. The owner/staff are amazing, so sweet and super helpful. The drinks I have had taste fantastic and they have exactly what I need whether it is caffeine, vitamins, protein or just an indulgent treat.

Excellent shakes! I can’t have a lot of sugar but the staff was helpful finding me a shake that had both coffee and less than 10 grams of sugar. It tasted great! Everyone was kind and I loved the atmosphere. Great work!! <3

Editing my review. Can not express how much a morning can make or break your day. The vibe when you walk in is unmatched. Always welcomed and usually a to-go order ready for me. From the ease of ordering from the app to the employees who are always on top of their game. Port city is my go to loaded tea spot. If you have not given them a try…. Why not start today!?

I was running on empty after a long morning and was fortunate to come across this little gem during my travels. I was greeted the second I opened the door(good sign). Pleasant music was playing inside. The establishment is clean, spacious, and welcoming. There was plenty of parking out front as well.
I am always indecisive when ordering my drinks. I always want to try something new, and I just cross my fingers that it turns out well. It works for me. Katie is the owner, and she is delightful. She is informative and loves what she is doing here. I went with her recommendation and got the fall special – Witches Brew tea. It had grape, kiwi, and strawberry in it. It is fruity and flavorful! I went with a Strawberry Cheesecake shake with Graham cracker topping. She makes sure it doesn’t just taste like vanilla. (Some places can’t get it right ) Katie knows her stuff, and she wants the customers to leave happy! Thank you for a great experience, and keep up the good work!

Stopped by on our travels and so glad we did! Shake tasted amazing and the tea gave me energy for hours and the customer service was spot on! Felt like we were home Highly recommend kitchen sink combo! All the things in one awesome price!

MIL and SIL talked me into giving this place a try and it’s become a regular stop for me now. My husband tried one of the teas and loved it, pretty sure it was blue Hawaiian punch or something along that line. I’ve tried a few different shakes and have loved them all. I’m in a calorie deficit but I LOVE sweets and this place accommodates to both of those things to help me stay on track. Haven’t had a single bad experience with any of the staff or drinks, everyone is always very friendly and efficient. I’ll keep spreading the word about them because they deserve to be recognized about how great they are
