I attend this Friendly’s restaurant on a regular basis. I get the same thing each time: All American Cheeseburger, side of French Fries, Hi -C, and a few scoops of ice cream for desert.
I’ve never been let down here.
The Friendly’s Burgers are instant classics: Flavorful, well-seasoned, and topped with fresh condiments.
The service is excellent. It is a warming and inviting environment, and in my opinion, this establishment is one of the better restaurants for one to enjoy a consistent, trustworthy dining experience.
Asthetically, the retro-classic internal design of the restaurant makes you perceive you have transported back into the past.

Perfectly acceptable food (excellent for the type of place it is). Alyssa was one of the better servers I’ve had in my life. The atmosphere is, well, it’s a Frendly’s. What do you expect? But the place is clean as a whistle.

So I have always loved Friendly’s. I know many people aren’t impressed with it but I enjoy it and the ice cream is a bonus! My only complaint is that for the type of restaurants is, I think the prices are a little high.

Disgusting attitude from woman manager on 1/4/26 12:50 pm. Her reply for me getting the wrong order was “I don’t care” this lady should not be handling customer service related issues, I don’t spend $50+ to get treated this way. I asked for the owners info and she laughed. Way too comfortable in her role and has a disrespectful disgusting attitude. Will never return. Do something with that woman! Can’t imagine how she treats staff if she can treat customers that way.

We waited a long time for our appetizer and didn’t get it until our food came out.There were lots of employees but most were just standing around took them 40 min to get our order some people just left and didn’t wait because it took so long . Will not be back again

The wait staff are very nice and the wait for the food was not too long at all. I’ve eaten a few of their specialty menu items. Some I wish were permanent items on their menu because they are so delicious. This time I had their short rib mash supermelt. It was very delicious. My son had his usual bacon mac and cheese burger with waffle fries, it’s his favorite.
