We loved this ice cream shop a lot. Went two days in a row for some post dinner dessert. The flavors were good and the small place to sit and eat outside was also great.
Second day we tried to to got to a more hyped place but after looking at the menu and the line, we decided to come back here and so glad we did.
The girls (different the two nights) were very nice though I would recommend wearing a hair net as they sometimes have to bend down into scoop ice cream.
Overall, loved this place and will definitely be there the next time we are in Port A.

Not such a good service we went today 7/31/25 around 1pm one of the young lady’s had a attitude when we were ordering.My husband got a banana split and she made faces so I gave her a look like what’s the problem. She never asked what kind of ice cream he wanted she just a sum . He asked her if he was able to pick the ice cream and she told him yes rolling her eyes and attitude. The other girl helped me , I got two ice cream cones and payed I just wanted to get out of there. Not a good vibe in that place and I will not go back . Sorry but that was not good service at all atleast from the one that did the banana slip.

Ice cream is ice cream. You get one star for service and hospitality. It’s off-season. The ice cream shop is the only business open, so the traffic is none. I arrive, found shade, but it’s not a parking spot. I didn’t think of it as a big deal since I was going in and out, and no one else is sight. Well, the ice cream attendant almost chopped off my head for not picking the correct parking spot. She told me I had to move because that wasn’t a parking spot, and if other cars came through, I was on the way. I was amused by persistence to have me move my car. The entire curb is an entrance, I really wasn’t blocking anyone from anything or anyone from any business… since everything was CLOSED. I did move because I felt bad for the poor thing. If dealing with me and bad parking ethics was the highlight of her day, I truly should’ve been more understanding. It must get boring during the winter season. Well the shop is nice, I never had a problem before, it’s overpriced and well customer service all depends on where you park. Parking Police at Large ( sorry, not sorry…lol) next time going elsewhere.

What an awesome local shop! I had a scoop of Rocky road that was generous, creamy and full of all the good stuff! Loved the picnic tables outside and the super friendly staff.

Best Icecream Ever!!! We came here yesterday evening for ice cream and I must say this is the best decision in my life. They are so friendly and tell you their best flavors. Help you pick them. We were feeling chocolate yesterday so my husband had two scoops of triple chocolate icecream in waffle cone and I had one scoop of triple chocolate and one scoop of mocha almond fudge. I was in heaven. Every bite is delicious. It doesn’t make you overwhelmed with sweetness. It’s the right amount of sweet and chocolate and you will end up wanting more with every bite. I have never had that feeling with any ice cream. This was really good. They also have a small seating area inside and a beautiful outdoor seating area with games and fun for kids. Such a great place. Will definitely be back again. And if you are in the area and want ice cream please stop by here because you won’t be disappointed.

It was a warm afternoon and my wife and I desired a nice refreshment. She got a small waffle pistachio ice cream cone and I got a coconut waffle cone. Thank you to the 3 young women that tended to us.

Had a great experience! My boyfriend ordered a waffle cone with cookies and cream, and he said it was some of the best cookies and cream ice cream he’s ever had. I got the almond mocha fudge and the happy tracks in a cup and they were fantastic! The service was great too.

Everything my family got was so good! But the real reason I am leaving this review is for the extra care the employee took with my order. I wish I had gotten his name, but we were there on 8/1/23 a little before 3pm. I really wanted the Elvis shake, but I have celiac disease and was concerned about cross contamination from scoops and the blender used for ice cream with dough in it. He took extra time to clean everything and told me he would take precautions as if I had a peanut allergy. It is not always easy to find someone willing to do that for me and take it so seriously. I really appreciated what he did for me. Y’all not only have great ice cream, but a great employee too! We will be back!

If you are just looking for a treat, you can get it here. The ice cream was the same as the other place but the atmosphere fell flat tonight. The decor, the customer service.. nothing special. We came here because the place down the road was packed as it always is, and I wasn’t in the mood for a line tonight… again, it served the purpose, there is potential here for the business owners to add some personality, hopefully they do that 🙂 The waffles on the menu looked amazing! We might have to try those later this week!
