Absolutely awful experience.
This place is a joke. They gave me the wrong food, then acted like it was somehow my fault. When I tried to get it fixed, the staff were unbelievably rude and dismissive — zero accountability, zero customer service. Communication was terrible from start to finish, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. I walked out angry, still hungry, and completely done with this place. There are plenty of other delis around — literally any of them will treat you better than this one.

I placed an order thru Door Dash. I meant to order delivery not pick up. I was recovering from surgery & needed delivery but Door Dash wouldn’t let me change once the order was placed. I called Kennedy Fried Chicken & they delivered it to me themselves. So grateful for their outstanding customer service.

Delicious food at shockingly good prices. Their in location menu is a bit different than their online menu (Additional options) so I’d advise checking it out when your in there. They have 2-3 Booths so you could eat in but the place is a bit small so I’d advise doing takeout.

I must admit that I have a problem- an addiction actually. I just can’t get enough of Kennedy’s Fried Chicken. It’s a combination of the perfect batter and cooking, leaving a perfect texture and juiciness that is unlike any other fried chicken that I’ve had in the past. Compare it to a chain restaurant like KFC or Popeye’s- no comparison. If you order it, make sure you enjoy a piece on the way home as that’s the climax of the taste- fresh from the fryer. We usually get a larger order and eat leftovers for the next few days. It remains crispy and doesn’t get soggy like you would expect.
The staff is awesome and very friendly. I have a lot of respect for this hard working family who consistently delivers quality food. Whenever I order food, they always seem very thankful for my business. I am the one who is thankful for such a great place to eat and for the opportunity to support a great local restaurant that supports my fried chicken addiction. Don’t hesitate about trying the food here- you won’t regret it.
