Thank you for actually caring, and responding. No your brisket shouldn’t be mush and even when servung the point of the brisket, you should trim fat. I had more fat than actual brisket. Bad for business.
The restaurant was spotless, welcoming and we will be back today and most likely tomorrow.
I highly recommend.

Second, the owner was extremely polite and helpful plus courteous.
Third. The food, what a fantastic taste and very reasonable price. I don’t normally do any reviews( my wife does) but this place is well worth the visit. We will be back for sure.
I like Pork Belly BBQ because of its relaxing atmosphere, wonderful service, and tasty food. I ordered the two meats with two sides and enjoyed every bite.
The brisket and potbelly well tender, juicy, and delicious. My sides were perfect because I love creamy Mac & Cheese and my potato salad hit the spot.
I can definitely see myself stopping by for lunch and a beer

Immediately, the aroma of the restaurant had me floating to the cashier like a cartoon character. The open garage doors and the view of the pits when you walk up immediately make it feel like a family cookout. Drinks, toppings, and BBQ sauce were self serve (which had a very clean area). The restrooms were very clean, as well!
The cashier was really sweet (I didn’t get her name but her parents owned the shop). I told her it was my first time there and she welcomed me and explained the menu to me. She also told me her recommendations!
I got the Texas Brisket, Jalepeno Sausage, Pulled Pork Beans, and Mac and Cheese. I asked her if the mac was good which she said “yes! it’s homemade!” and she was right! The mac was my first bite and it was SO GOOD!! The mac literally had a cheese pull! You don’t see that now adays with mac made in large quantities, restaurants often take a shortcut with mac’s. But not Porky’s Belly! It was well seasoned, too! The beans were very good, as well. They were well seasoned baked beans with pulled pork on top. The japeleno sausage was AMAZEBALLS it was smokey and had the perfect bite to it. The star of the show, however, was the brisket. Straight TENDERNISM!!!!! I got my portion from the point of the brisket (a bit more fatty and mosit) I never felt it was too fatty, it was extremely well seasoned and EXTREMELY tender!!! I am very picky with my BBQ sauce (as every Texan is) and I can’t stand a thin, try hard sauce. BUT Porky’s Belly had the BEST BBQ sauce!! Dare I say just as good, if not better than Sweet Baby Ray’s!
I’ve been on the hunt to find the BEST BBQ place in the montgomery county area for when my out of state friends visit and I think I may have found it!
I cannot stress enough how impressed and in love I am with this restaurant!
