Heard good things so my wife and I dropped by for brunch on a Saturday. Not a lot of people know Por offers brunch, but it’s their loss. The menu is a combination of breakfast classics, elevated, with a few Mediterranean options that really stood out to me. I had the lamb kofta pizzette with two eggs. It was sensational. My wife and I gauge a restaurant by the menu planning, flavors, and if we’d drive 20mins to come back for a dish. This is easily one I’d travel for. I’ll be back for that dish and to try the orange blossom French toast.

Tried the Denver Restaurant week menu and for the quality of the food, it was way overpriced. First of all, the menu was misleading. If you go to the Denver Restaurant week website the ad was for $55 for the four course meal. At the restaurant, the steak was additional $10. I was really looking forward to trying the steak so I didn’t mind spending the extra $10, and that third course was the most disappointing course. The steak was far from tender, and both me and my husband had to spit out a few of the bites and mind you we are not picky eaters. For how much our entire meal cost, I was expecting the food to be good. The dessert, the drinks and the first course were good. But that was it sadly.

Loved my first visit to Louisville and this spot was a standout! /pôr/ Wine House is a cozy Mediterranean-inspired restaurant with incredible cocktails, a thoughtful wine list, and beautifully executed small plates. Highlights: the bacon-wrapped dates, roasted beets, and the “Blueberry Skies” cocktail (so refreshing!). Perfect for date night or catching up with friends in downtown Louisville.

Got tapas for brunch, service was okay, wasn’t really checked on to see if we needed anything extra than what was brought to us. It was just the bartender on staff so I’m sure there was lots of prep work to do and we weren’t too needy, just would’ve been nice for a table touch after.
Food display is on point but pretty mid quality, a bit over priced for what it was. Brussels are great but just seemed like they were shaken in a bowl with a very generic sauce.
Mocktail was decent too.
Overall not a bad place especially to sit on the patio for a sunny day, just a bit overpriced for what the food actually is.

Terrible service. We’ve been here before and it’s always been hit or miss. But they lost us for sure. The bartender took 15 minutes to acknowledge us and I had to get menus on my own. The first thing we did before we even put our drink orders in was put our entire food order. 45 mins went by and nothing. We then asked her how much longer and she said the kitchen was backed up. And that our food would be out. Except the people next to us got their food, way after we ordered. And the people next to them who had just put their order in, also got their food within 10 mins of ordering. And the people behind us were on their third set of tapas, including food we ordered. Ultimately we canceled after over an hour of waiting. The fact that we had to pay $30 for our drinks and the peppers that came out just before leaving is absolutely ridiculous. I expect the manager to reach out and refund us.

I wanted to love this place. I took a look at the menu (they actually have soy free listed on the menu). I ordered an avocado toast and the avocado was gray and spoiled. Not just one spot….and it wasn’t anything more than feta and avocado on bread – their sourdough that it was supposed to be on was not available….
I’ll give it another try, but for $35 +tip (I did get ONE drink), I understand why it’s not packed. Will update post if next visit is better.

Great 1st experience here. Plenty of outdoor seating, plus heaters for the colder afternoons/evenings, nice well kept bar, tables and booths inside. A great place for hangingout, dates, and other family gatherings. Serve wine, food, and craft beers. Our server, Jason, was attentive and very friendly. We brought our dog and sat outside. Cocktails were good, wine was good, and the little down town was nice to be in. Highly recommend stopping by here.

We had a really fun evening at this fantastic little place. Want you to choose from another menu very fun just to order a bunch and share around the table. Their cocktails were outstanding and their wine selection was well done. Our service was slightly slow but very friendly and working hard so we did not mind. Their outdoor space is incredible tons of couches and fire pit/tables. Very fun environment very welcoming and enjoyable. Also great if you can make it for happy hour it’s a pretty extensive offering.

I love taking visitors here or going here when you want a fun night out. Food is great, except the potatoes are a bit lackluster. Sometimes they are out of items that are popular, but they are ready with suggestions and accommodations! Last time we where here, we had a table of 6 and they said they were out of the charcuterie board BUT they ended up making something unique for us!! Thanks, Mark! They have non alcoholic beers too. Service is great. Will absolutely keep coming back.
