Incredible first experience here this morning, had been waiting for them to open and was driving by and saw a line formed outside this Sunday morning. What looked like a long line was quickly dispersed, service was great, bagels were even better. 6 fresh bagels came out piping hot they were incredible, ordered a side of the roasted shallot butter also great especially on the everything bagel, no need to get bagels anywhere else.

Got plain and everything bagels. Hot, fresh, and tasty. Special cream cheese was caramelized onion and delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. The buy 3 bagels 1 schmear resulted in enough extra schmear for 1 more bagel. Unfortunately, they don’t sell single bagels, but the staff were nice enough to give us a free plain fresh out of the oven. Be careful! Easy to burn yourself, but so good.

This would have a 5 star review. These truly are my favorite bagels but lately the cream cheese and butter flavors have been repeating. I haven’t been here in a couple months because of this. I hope that this can get back to weekly rotations as well as more seasonal flavors!!

Stopped by on a whim while in Long Island and was pleasantly surprised with this place. The bagels are sublime and the service is supreme! Bri was extremely helpful with explaining the process and the best way for a first timer to experience PopUp Bagels – she even ensured we were able to have freshly baked bagels. This was exceptional – we will definitely be back!

I’ve been to the Greenwich location twice and am a big fan. Happy to see them open up in Roslyn as it’s way closer to home. The bagels are truly special but unfortunately the first experience here was weird. I don’t understand how you can run out of the specialty shmears. It’s a weekly offering and I prepaid the night before. To show up and be told oh we ran out of the specialty cream cheese just threw me off. I honestly didn’t even know it was possible. It was early morning 12/30 when it’s supposed to be available through 12/31. It gave lazy expansion vibes. All good though, its the holidays and the scallion cream cheese is great but definitely misleading and not cool. Should probably offer something to customers that don’t get what they ordered. Will try again soon and just go earlier in the week I suppose
