Food is always fresh and the atmosphere is amazing! Always love checking out their little gift shop and tiki bar upstairs. Ordered the grouper Reuben last night and a mixed drink and it did not disappoint.
Update: Went back to pops for breakfast and it was just as good! Had the southwest omelette and French toast. Both amazing.

Although it was pricey for the portions, the food was immaculate and sublime, every bite had its unique and tantalizing flavor. I ordered the blackened grouper with the jasmine coconut rice with cauliflower and the shrimp ragoons. I enjoyed every morsel and wanted more. Some of the best seafood I’ve had in such a long time and the atmosphere was beautiful, the lights, the music, the people, it was a fun time and the waiter gave amazing recommendations, super kind, and quick. It truly was a 10/10 experience, I’d come here again in a heartbeat, this place definitely deserves its love and hype!

Nice spot for a good breakfast before heading over to the beach area. Large place and service was excellent.
The POPS Sunrise Benedict with bacon and Hashbrowns were good and the French Toast as well…couldn’t pass up trying the cinnamon roll which came out warm…very good.
Waterside seating was a definite plus!

Great laid back seafood restaurant sitting on the water. They also have boat dock access. The current was moving pretty good today abd it seemed that some had a but of trouble docking abd pulling out. There are 3 bars that are 1st come 1st serve as well as a little store to purchase shirts, stuffed animals, and other items. Bathrooms were clean. Parking near the building is tight and not meant for large trucks. They do get busy. Staff is friendly. We had a 25 min wait to sit by the water. Even though it was busy we did get our food fairly quickly. I ordered the bahama mama burger. It had teriyaki sauce and a pineapple. There was a good char flavor on the burger and the sweet pineapple played very well with the teriyaki sauce. My husband had the Ahi bowl. He said it was not bad but he did say he would have preferred the sauce they had at the bottom of the bowl drizzled over the top of the lettuce since it was a bit dry. The Ahi itself was ok. Not one of the best cuts he has had and it was not something he would order again. They have some rotating draft taps so check with the server before ordering. We will be back to try something of the other items that looked really good (coconut shrimp & nachos)

One of our favorite places to eat near the north Venice Jetty. The atmosphere is awesome near the water. The coconut shrimp and dip is outstanding. I will be back next time in town!

This was a tale of two dishes; one excellent, the other, no bueno. The two tacos were fantastic; saucy, flavorful, and a healthy amount of blackened fish.

The shrimp ceviche was pretty weak. It lacked flavor, citrus and brightness.

Overall, it’s a huge place with tons of different spaces. I would return to try some other dishes.

Had dinner last night to celebrate my daughters 22nd birthday. We absolutely love and enjoy dining here as it has a fun chill environment, great food and has my FAVORITE tequila (Tanteo Jalapeno). Always have great service, but the server we had last night was TOP NOTCH!! As a server myself, he KILLED it. Went above and beyond to take care of the kids, the cake presentation, was very thorough on his spiel. Very friendly and funny. We checked the receipt to remember his name but all it says is “outside bar P”
I’d love for him to get recognized for his outstanding service!! Love this place and we will be back. Thank you to all the staff for their continued service in this industry. It’s a hard job!!! Happy Holidays to you all!

Nicely decorated place with good views. That’s all the good things I can say about this place. The food was terrible, there was more bread than calamari in breaded calamari appetizer and it was plain, tasteless, and seriously overcooked. Shrimp ceviche was bland and didn’t resemble ceviche at all, just a bunch of shrimp and pieces of avocado thrown together in the bowl… do they even know what ceviche is? The service was indifferent and the server was clearly bored… too many tourists? We paid for drinks and appetizers and left without ordering mains. Out of habit, I still paid 20% tip, but this food and service deserves no tip at all.

We’re new to the area and wanted to get a dinner on a patio by the water. This place was amazing! First off we had an fantastic server named Jackson! He made sure that my food was gluten free and non-contaminated by alerting the kitchen.

I had a blackberry smash drink and my husband had a skinny margarita. Both were fantastic

My husband got a salmon BLT and I got the mahi blackened. I would definitely recommend a green beans with bacon It was so good!

We even had the entertainment of this little bird that sat on one of the dock pillars the entire time we ate. We will definitely be back!
