The lady at the front watched me walk in with no one in line. I waited to let her fill the drinks for drive thru. Im waiting for her to come to the register to take my order but then 2 men come in and she goes and starts to take their order at the “pick up” line side. Nevermind me being there first. I mean does she think people just walk in the small store and just stand there? Take my order too! My money is just as good.

Disgusting, cold, fatty and a heart attack on a plate! Don’t eat that disgusting, greasy chicken. I don’t usually eat Fast food in Meridian, but I gave it a try. I drank apple cider vinegar to get that nasty grease, out of my mouth! This place is not good. Even, the pepper was old and disgusting! Why is this place still open?

I placed an online order one hour prior to my scheduled pick-up time. I arrive to pick up my order only for them to say that not only was it not ready… but they had not received ANY order for that time or by my name. Furthermore, I was unable to cancel with them, and was told that I must wait for the status to show “Not Picked Up” for my card to be refunded! Pitiful excuse for a business and customer service! But I promise, this will never happen again… not to me!!!

Every time I come to this location it’s some kind of attitude or issue to deal with. SMH This time I ordered a 2 piece all white… and was told that they didn’t have any breast (at 12:30pm), and wanted to charge me $6.53 for two wings. Chicken is usually good but no way good enough to deal with the hassle EVERY TIME.
