Their spicy chicken sandwiches are juicy & tender. We stop at any Popeyes we see & grab red beans & rice. The biegnets were good. This location was a nice place to sit down & eat at on our road trip.

We have been coming to this Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen regularly for over a year. Something happened this time. Cold chicken sandwiches, fries and red beans, what gives ♂️⁉️ And why isn’t anyone eating inside on Friday night ⁉️ Please don’t go downhill we need good food in this area!

New and nice, very clean. The counter person who took our order was friendly and efficient.
My wife and I both had the much hyped Chicken sandwich and it was good but maybe a tad dry. Kind of disappointing only because you’ve heard so much about it you maybe expect more then a Chicken sandwich can deliver. For the side we both had French fries which are battered. The wife didn’t care for them but they were hot and crisp and I thought they were good. The self serv pop machine is the old standby with limited options. I wish more fast food joints would pony up for the new machines with nearly unlimited options. We like a decaffeinated drink and would like that availability.
Over all a good choice for a nice meal in a pleasant setting for a reasonable price.

As a Louisiana native, I’m intimately familiar with Popeyes. I recently moved to Washington, and after hearing so much about the new chicken sandwich I figured I had to give it a try. So, I made the 45 minute drive to this Popeyes and I have to say I was incredibly impressed! Not only was the sandwich incredible, the service was the best service I’ve ever received at Popeyes. Once I got there my order was taken immediately, and my food was ready within five minutes. All of the employees I interacted with were kind and professional. This was, hands down, the best experience I’ve had at a Popeyes in my entire life.

We just used the drive through, but I was impressed with the patience, courtesy and helpfulness of the women taking our order. The drive thru service was quick and accurate, which I can’t say the same for some other fast food places. The food was also higher quality than I expected, although it is still fast food, so take that with a grain of salt. I feel that they out performed the “colonel’s” restaurant if you know what I mean. I recommend if you like cajun fast food.

Ive had good and bad experiences here. One negative was a lack of attention when going in to pick up food. We have had to wait for online orders even after driving 20 mins once ordered to collect it.
Most recently the staff were courteous, prompt with their attention to in store customers and the food was great. They have the best fried chicken I’ve had. (But i guess i haven’t tried may bar kfc and some other little stores). Would recommend.

Ordered a family regular chicken meal drove out of town for and back home to see an entire completely different order of fries and chicken strips!! Everyone working on 6/30/25 at night deserves a poor rating as they were arguing back and forth who was at fault. I don’t see how they can mess up an order as simple as mine. I called hoping the right order was ready when I arrived to find out I still had to wait 20 more minutes for it to be ready!

Good food. Restaurant was clean; order came out as expected with no mistakes made. Biscuits were fresh and chicken was crispy. Was able to obtain some sauce pretty easily (not always possible at some Popeyes) and the soda machine worked great (any day where I don’t have to use a malfunctioning, half empty Coke Freestyle machine is a good one) Definitely above average for a random Popeyes in the middle of nowhere.
