DO NOT GO HERE!!!
The only reason I’m giving this five stars is in the hopes someone will see this review. The staff at this location are by far the worst. I just went through the drive-thru the young guy taking my order wasn’t paying attention enough I had to repeat my order five times had to ask if I’m supposed to pull up to the window. He got my order completely wrong didn’t give me a receipt told me to pull up to the next window and when my food got there they never gave me a drink. If you want Burger King choose a different location the staff here are too busy talking and joking around to actually take your order correctly

I’ve been getting Burger King burgers for breakfast for years but every time I come to this location they turn me away and say they’re only serving breakfast and lunch starts at 11 and then I have to explain to them how Burger King is supposed to serve burgers and breakfast all day thats whst makes them great its like their staff doesn’t understand that and it’s annoying!

The same lady has always taken care of me and respected me. It’s been years and I apologize for not remembering her name.
She’s the reason I go to Burger King on Randall.
I just came by, she was not there.
I ordered two bacon double cheese.
Received single cheeseburgers.
I’m not sure why it always happens when she is not there, but I wish the same service could be provided by the rest of the staff.

The fries were good, salted perfectly but they came in such a small box. The burger tasted odd, and the fillings kept falling out. Also, I ordered a whopper jr with cheese but as you can see, it had no cheese. They delivered the food fast, so that was good. Overall, Burger King was a lot worse than I thought it would be

I had sort of given up on Burger King years ago, but then I started going to this location and they always get my order correct!
I just check the BK app for deals and then get the $3 double whopper with only cheese onion pickles tomato BBQ sauce.

This BK Location ALWAYS gets my order WRONG !!!!! They either give me someone else’s order and/or something is always MISSING.
Today we ordered
1 Honey Mustard Chicken wrap
1 Fiery big fish
And 10 Tacos
We received the first two and then a whopper and fries
This has happened on more than one occasion with this BK location. I am VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with their service.

The best Burger King around. The food is always steaming, hot, fresh, and well prepared. Burger King‘s like this are rare and hard to find. I’ve been here multiple times and my food is always fresh and hot.
