This HAS to be the absolute WORST food experience I have ever had in my life. My partner and I went to go get food and both ordered a large spicy sandwich meal with fries and a large Mac and cheese. We pay $44 for it and get told it’s gonna be a wait because they need to drop more fillets, cool whatever. We wait 15 minutes and someone walks out to tell us they had two people just walk out so she asked what we had ordered. That sucks for two reasons, 1. We never got a receipt and 2. That’s just an overall crappy time for them. We wait ANOTHER 15 minutes until we decide to go inside so the people don’t have to stop what they’re doing and go out to drop off our food. We walk in to see they haven’t even started our meal. We have to tell them what we ordered AGAIN just to not even get what we ordered at all. Ended up with a regular chicken sandwich and a small Mac and cheese for $44. I am astonished this place is still open.
Edit: After receiving a half baked, corporate “apology” I will absolutely avoid this location at all costs. Not a single “this is how we’ll make it better”. I’m not expecting compensation or free food, I would like to know HOW it will get better, because this establishment has been like this for years. I’m praying it gets shut down, until then they have absolutely lost my business.

Delivery was fast but seriously ? Do you treat you delivery customers like they don’t exist? The sauce on these wings is absolutely sad and ridiculous. And the prices are expensive for such lackadaisical effort. Will not be ordering or going again.

I don’t know if something has changed or if I got lucky the past two visits, but the service has significantly improved lately. Very friendly staff, and my orders are correct. Love the mashed potatoes and popcorn shrimp.
Updated review: I went through the drive thru around 10:30pm, long lines but the service was still very friendly and accurate. I went to get the tackle box and fried pickles, which were made fresh. Would highly recommend.

I recently visited Popeyes and was disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables were dirty and covered in dust, and I had to ask for a towel just to wipe them off myself. The floors were sticky and clearly hadn’t been swept, and the counters also looked unkempt. With 5-6 employees on duty, I would have expected at least one of them to ensure that the dining area was ready for customers. A little attention to cleanliness would go a long way in making the experience more enjoyable for families looking to dine in. I hope the management can address these issues for future patrons.

I have ordered online twice from here and last time they were preparing my order for 45 mins and my delivery time just kept getting later and later. Decided to try it again today and they took forever to prepare the order and then I got the most stale, old, dry, and hard chicken delivered and it was 2 classic sandwiches not spicy even though the receipt on the bag says 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. After the first fail I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again but this was my last time ordering from here.

Never been here before. I waited 30 mins for a 12 piece i ordered online. Watched them serve several walk ins as I waited. Did not feel any sense of urgency. I asked the lady why they were taking so long. When order and she’s simply told me they don’t have any original. I waited 30 minutes just to be told that the only reason I was waiting was because they did not have original chicken. I asked her will she just substitute the original. She did and my order was completed shortly after. Extremely inefficient. Not spending my money here again

I came to pick up a delivery, the lobby was locked. The 2 employees standing behind the counter yelled to go around. Not knowing what she meant, I went to another door and it too was locked. I drive to the drive thu window and the employee with blue braids told me I had to go to the speaker. I replied with I’m just here to pick up an order, she repeated herself in a condescending tone. I asked do I need to back up and drive back around? She said no, I’ll give you the order but next time go to the speaker first. Corporate needs to have a meeting on customer service because all of this could have been avoided if an employee would have came to the door and explained how to properly pick up an order. Staff was rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend going to this location unless you’re looking to be disrespected for simply placing an order for food.

I went through the drive through and ordered the 16 pc family meal. I did not get my receipt, which I found a bit odd but that’s okay no big deal. I had to wait for my order, which is fine, but i only got 2 of my 3 sides and no biscuits whatsoever and I spent $57. This location is about 25 minutes away from my home so of course I am not driving all the way back there. Needless to say I am disappointed all the way around.

This Popeyes location delivers on the crunch! The fries and chicken come out hot, crispy, and juicy, with seasoning that hits just right. Service is fast and friendly, making for a solid fast-food stop. Definitely worth coming back.
