This was the worst crew ever. The staff was cursing as if no one was in the lobby. They had drink bottles visible to the public eye, sitting where food is prepared. They totally ignored anyone standing at the counter and one of the kiosks was unavailable. One worker had a bonnet and a personal shirt on. I thought I was being pranked or something. Corporate needs to step in and swap out the whole crew! Oh and I waited 15 minutes for a large fry and spicy mc chicken. The chicken was cold and cheese wasn’t even melted. I just accepted it and kept going. I had a long 7 hour drive ahead of me.

I stopped at this McDonald’s to eat in, and have a happy meal and a cheeseburger. And I waited at the cash register, because I knew I was paying cash, and also because I knew I was ordering a cheeseburger happy meal. Which in the kiosk, you can only order a hamburger happy meal, you cannot add the cheese yourself. There is some glitch on the kiosks for that. And so I waited for about 10 minutes, and finally the staff keeps looking at me and she’s like order from the kiosk and I’m like no I’m paying cash. Can someone come take my order. They refuse to take my order. Told me it’s not that hard, to order off the kiosk. Even when I explained I was paying cash I was told I still had to order through the kiosk. As if they cannot manually enter my order in. And I left because that’s rude and ridiculous. I knew I wanted a cheeseburger happy meal and I knew that I needed to order that at the register and I don’t need to explain myself to these people. Two of whom we’re just standing around doing nothing. They easily could have taken the order. Shame on your employees.

This is the most disgusting McDonald’s Ive ever seen, and that’s saying a lot. Dirty plastic gloves on the ground in the very dirty bathroom, straws that will put out for customers stored under the drink machine sitting in a bag in stagnant water, and disgusting drink lines that customers are using to fill their drinks. These doors were open and broken when I walked in. They don’t even try to hide the disgusting mess. They need to shut this place down. Based on other reviews, with photos, how is this place still operating? Are there no inspections?

Horrible customer service in drive thru at food window. The “nice lady” greets me with We don’t have dr pepper. Um ok. Not a problem. How about a coke please. She then proceeds to fill the drink to 9ver flowing. Im in a work suit. Again…. may I have a napkin with the receipt please? Not only did I not get a napkin but no ma’am, you cannot have a receipt at this window. You should have gotten it at the other window. Even after I explained it was a mobile order, she then refused to give me her name. Just weird like you applied to be here, literally filled-out an application, please stop hating your job.

Very poor service. Some of the younger employees don’t care about the customers. I was at drive thru for 7 minutes saying hello. Then this car pulls up they take the man’s order then proceeded to take mine. And I ask how are you going to take an order and I’ve been sitting here this long. She ignored me and said mam can I take your order. I called the manager and she apologized and ask if I wanted to come in. Well no that was the purpose of me going to the drive thru.

This McDonald’s is supposed to be open 24hours, or at least that is what Google says. So I pull up to the drive thru to order some food and I get no response. I set there for about 10 minutes and all of a sudden all the lights shut off. Definitely will not be back

Probably one of the worst unattended McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone two different days and times and both visits were the same. Employees are in the back laughing and cutting up. No one greets you or even acknowledges you when you try to ask them a question. The bathrooms and dining rooms are disgusting. Both times they hardly had any customers so there was absolutely no reason that they couldn’t clean up. Men’s bathroom had no soap because the soap container was ripped off the wall. The woman’s bathroom had full trash cans and toilet paper everywhere. I asked for a receipt so I could call and report them but the girl had no idea how to give me one after my order. I thought she was walking off to ask someone else and no.. she just left and started doing something else. Idk where a manager is but this is a fairly newer restaurant and the only one in the area.. please do better taking care of it!!

The Brewton McDonald’s and The Flomaton McDonald’s are owned by the same person. The difference between the two is huge. I will just leave it at this. People drive from Brewton, AL to eat at the Flomaton McDonald’s because Flomaton McDonald’s doesn’t mess up the food. Dont eat at the Brewton McDonald’s unless you want rude, careless mess up food that is cold and not even good enough to feed to my dogs.
Edit: I used to come to this mcdonald’s.Because this mcdonald’s actually served hot food had staff that were friendly. But recently, I had to change my score 1 because I just left this mcdonald’s. I sat in dry through, was waiting to give them my online order number, and another car pulled up.And I was skipped. The outside drive through lane has a speaker that has been hit by something and is still not fixed.I don’t know if that is affecting the ability of the team members to be able to do their job. Once I got up to the window, I asked the cashier if she could let them know that I would like the food to be fresh, the cashier responded to me that the food is always fresh. I said, well, that’s not true because I eat out seven days a week.And I have been through this restaurant particularly before, and I have received cold food and stale bagels. It was a rare tea though that I would receive that type of food that it was the reason for me to ask for the food to be cooked fresh. I then pulled up to the second window where I was informed that they were at a coca cola again. They quickly went through a list of drinks and asked me if I would like something else. At that point in time I had not heard the name lemonade brought up within the drinks available. Then, I asked, why is the coca color always out at this location?Is there something going on with management. Another employee walks up, she is approximately 5152 african american, and she says, we’re not going to argue with you.Do you want your food or do you want a refund?. I said, well considering I don’t know what the list of drinks are.I’m not sure.Can you get me the list of drinks. The other person list off the list that drinks again this time.Lemonade is included, which I immediately picked because I like lemonade. I then was given my drink and handed my food . I looked at the girl at the window and said, are you forgetting something. I had ordered a frozen moca drink. She looks up at the drive through window and sees that I ordered.One doesn’t say nothing and then goes to makes it hands.It to me and doesn’t say nothing else.Just closes the window on me. The staff today made sure that I won’t be back.I already called corporate headquarters up. They were so worried about giving me a hard time that they literally forgot.What was on my order. The bagels were fresh.I did not receive my extra bagel sauce and the hash bronze was cold.
I understand that mcdonald’s doesn’t pay the best.I understand that some customers are mean.I used to work at mcdonald’s myself.I never tuck out my feelings on a customer.I was incredibly disappointed today and we’ll be going somewhere else for now on for breakfast. The reputation of this business in this area has gone down drastically due to not necessarily the food but from the attitudes of the staff.This applies at the Brewton, Alabama, Mcdonald’s also.
They are being paid to do a job not to hang around and gossip.

This place is no better than the one in Brewton. Avoid this one too. Go somewhere else and get better food. At least maybe you’ll get some actual service if you go somewhere else. Have opened two lanes there and only taking orders from one. I use the app in order to head and prepaid for it and I canceled it in the Drive-Thru after they took a second person’s order after I’ve been sitting there lightning to give my code.

This was the most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been in. The ladies room was a wreck, literally—the handicapped stall toilet seat was off the toilet and laying across the toilet, floors were covered w toilet paper, cover was off the toilet paper dispenser so the paper was falling off. The soap dispenser was barely hanging on the wall. We ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese McMuffins—the poor girl behind the counter had no idea how to ring it up—we had to tell her how to make it. I asked for salt and pepper—she gave me exactly 1 of each. Wow!! Will NWVER stop at this McDonald’s again.
