This was the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to their chicken sandwich was so crisp so delicious I can still taste it in my memory and I can’t wait to go back. This place was so clean and comfortable and nice. Plenty of easy parking. Tidy bathrooms. Looking forward to coming back out for another sandwich. Highly recommend.

I love Popeyes, despite this location rarely having fresh food, and the attitudes of the employees, and the level of respect and care given to customers. After several bad orders and terrible attitudes, I had to finally write a negative review. Don’t bother with this location. After getting the order wrong the most recent time, I was accused of lying, got excuses, and finally the right order, followed by a dismissive avoidant attitude upon fulfillment of my order.

I was really looking forward to enjoying some Popeyes on my way home from a recent appointment. I ordered a 12-piece chicken meal, but unfortunately, the chicken appeared to be overcooked and seemed like it may have been recooked, which was quite disappointing.

i work in restaurant business, so i know how things can be sometimes. but we ordered a two piece chicken tender w Mac and cheese, and a 3 piece chicken tender with potatoes. that’s all. they gave us one 3 tiny piece chicken tender and then a two piece drumstick? the mashed potatoes were not bad, but the Mac and cheese as pictured below, I couldn’t take more than one bite of. it came not mixed together, seeming like it had been sitting for a week under a heat lamp, and when I mixed it together it all became condensed into a big puck and tasted like years old boxed Mac and cheese, haha, im not mad I honestly took humor out of it, I just know when I’m serving customers I want the food to look and taste appetizing. I think that’s important.also over $25 for those two meals is very pricey

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.
The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional.
When I tried to speak to the branch manager to complain about a clear mistake on their side, instead of resolving the issue respectfully, the manager behaved very poorly and asked me to leave the restaurant — even though I was completely in the right.
This place clearly lacks proper management and basic customer service.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I recently came here and bought a shrimp basket and paid $11 and some cents. This is what I received. I’ve been to so many Popeyes and ordered the same thing, and this is the first time that I felt disrespected. Not only did the Lady Gave me scraps. She was very rude. Honestly, if you don’t like your job just quit. I’ve been in your shoes before, and that Nasty attitude of yours is not how we treat people in customer service. Do better, and I want A refund

Y’know what, the staff at this location is really good,but they lack training as they’re not sure what to do when there is something wrong with your food. They’re helpful and it may not be their fault for what I found in my chicken. I have found something disgusting inside my chicken. This was embedded inside the meat in between the fried portion. I’m not sure if the quality control of the chicken is at fault or if this is something Popeyes is doing to make the chicken taste like “chicken”. I asked for a refund but the staff asked if I wanted another piece. No thanks. I will never be going back to Popeyes
