I took my kids through the drive thru after school today for a snack since we had a little bit of extra money. In the current state of life, spending $30 on fast food feels like a gut punch, and then for half of that food to literally be inedible is more than disappointing. I only ordered a biscuit and a side of Mac and this is what I got both of my children ordered chicken sandwich meals with Mac n cheese as the side and neither were able towels eat it since it clearly was scooped out of the same old container. Sad that we wasted our “fun” trip here

First and last time ordering from here. I ordered a 16 piece for 42 bucks. Had it delivered and it was almost all wings!!! If I wanted a box of wings, I would have ordered some. There were more wings than what’s shown in the photo.

I finally got my wife to go after a bad experience at the one In aurora. This was the best experience we’ve had with food service recently. I can’t remember names but they were amazing. All of them. The man I was speaking to told me several items I loved were not on the menu anymore, like popcorn shrimp, but we had a conversation about shrimp and gravy as the best dipping sauce. I was as satisfied with the service as I was the food. The Lancaster location is the spot mainly because of the service and food quality. Wife only wants to eat there now. May is just say thank you. Just figured out his name it was Charles give that man a raise.

I tried to order dinner rom this place to be DoorDashed to my granddaughter and her friend. They ordered 2 chicken sandwiches on a 2 for 1 deal and 5 piece tenders a la carte. How does that add up to $53? I had to tell her they couldn’t have what they wanted. I looked at the menu and the sandwiches were only $7.49 and the tenders were under $20. Im not able math whiz, but how does that add up to $53? DoorDash doesn’t charge that much delivery fee. It’s ridiculous!

Popeyes has Kentucky fried Chicken beet hands down! The whole Louisiana style is reflected in the flavors of menu items and sauces. The Louisiana sweet tea is spot on, and their macaroni and cheese is the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had at any restaurant. It would however be nice if they added authentic beignets and Cafe au lait from Cafe du Monde to the menu.

I thought Popeyes was gonna be the highlight of my trip to Salem!! I live in Eugene !! We don’t have a Popeyes there!! Ok so first we ordered in the car and it was pretty much ready when we went in!! The staff were really nice!! The seating area counters were nice and clean but people for criminys sake clean your bathroom!! The ladies restroom was horrendous!! Clogged toilet and people were still peeing in it!! It was disgusting!! There was enough people at the front working !! More than 5 people to send someone back there to clean the restroom!!!

Of course everything has shrunk except for the prices!!I Also ordered a big chickenn meal I think 8 pieces with a Cole slaw and biscuits always scrumptious!The chicken was delicious but the coleslaw?? Omg it was terrible!! Cmon people that work there taste it!! It was flavorless!! I can make better coleslaw!!!Add more mayonnaise and.Sugar!!

So for my very first time going thru the drive thru I am highly disappointed. I ordered 2 large combos all the chicken tasted the same, was supposed to get honey BbQ and a BBQ but all of the tasted like garlic parmesan, the fries tasted and felt like they have been sitting, this was on a Tuesday about 6:30pm, came home. We ate it all only because the price for it all $54.00 not worth it. Disappointed the first time has turned into the last time.

Finally tried the chicken sandwich to see what the hype was. Service was a bit slower than ideal (drive-thru), but the sandwich was good. Tried the classic. The chicken is so much thicker than other sandwiches I’ve had, and the bun has a nice sweetness to it that was unexpected but welcome. I look forward to trying the spicy version next time.
Good job on the spicy sandwich. Shout out to Sean J. for being so friendly and helpful. It was nice to know that a wait was expected for the sandwiches. A big plus: the chicken was hot and fresh.
