If I could give this particular store zero stars I would. I ordered and paid online for 3 FULL meals and did not receive 3 full meals. Only 1 full meal came in my bag and only the chicken wraps and sandwich with the other 2 orders. I did not notice until I got home. And when I call up there I get a recording..”this number is not receiving calls at this time.” I even got the supervisors number from another store and the supervisor doesn’t even answer their phone. So unprofessional!!!

This was the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The girl at the drive-through window didn’t say hello. Didn’t say a word to Me just hold her hand out and says $5.28. No goodbye no thank you no nothing. The windows all around the Payment window were covered with spiderwebs and bugs. Totally disgusting. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, onion rings, and a medium drink. The drink had about two pieces of ice in it. The onion rings were not done at all mushy And the double bacon cheeseburger had raw bacon on it that seems like it was cooked for maybe one minute completely disgusting. The manager of this place needs to do a better job

I had a really bad experience at the Burger King on Blanding Blvd. I placed a big mobile order for six people for a work lunch because they had the Cyber Monday deal for a free chicken sandwich. One of my coworkers wanted tomato on the chicken sandwich so I paid the extra twenty five cents. When I got in the drive through I ended up waiting in line for twenty minutes. Several cars even left. When I told them I had a mobile order they said to come to the second window. After all that waiting I finally get to the second window and the lady tells me I have to come inside to get my drinks.
So I had to park, go inside, wait on her to hand me empty cups, and then fill all six drinks myself. That was already disappointing, but then I get the food and almost everything was wrong. All the Whoppers that had special instructions like no pickle, extra pickle or add cheese were made incorrectly. The chicken sandwich didn’t even have the tomato I paid for. Everything was made plain like they rushed through it with zero care.
I was kind and patient the whole time, but this was extremely disappointing as a customer. Nothing was missing, but every single thing was made wrong! After waiting twenty minutes and getting a completely incorrect order I will most likely never come back here for lunch again.

I go here from time to time with the hopes it will get better. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I always go through the drive thru, the past 3 times I had either a 5 minute wait at the menu after being told to please wait by someone that sounded like they absolutely did not want to be there or another time that I was told to please come inside with no explanation. The greeting at the window each time, was less than pleasing. The worker had an attitude like they did not want to be there. The last 2 times, after a long wait to order, there was a wait of at least 8-10 minutes to even get to the window. I don’t know if if it is just poorly managed or if there is something else at play. The food is on par with most Burger Kings, other than the occasional incorrect order. This location is very convenient, I wish it was managed better or the corporate office / franchisee owner would get more involved. They recently remodeled, but if the service is bad, it is a waste of investment.

Super unprofessional, no line inside nor out. The employee tells me to wait at the first window and they will tell me when to pull up (there are no other cars in the drive thru), after finally telling me to pull up they then tell me at the 2nd window to pull-up again and they will have someone bring out my two items. It is obvious they are trying to manipulate a timer of some sorts. All an all the employees were unprofessional and this is the last time I’ll come to here for food.

Pulled up to the drive through window to order food got screamed and yelled at
Belligerently to the point of blowing my eardrum!! All I was trying to do is order some food. Apparently the lady don’t like white people. Went to drive away cuz.My ear was hurting so bad.It pretty much put me in.Tears going to the hospital!!! As I was pulling out the lady just about jumped out the drive through window to come after my vehicle.She looked like she was gonna come attack me literally! Didn’t get a chance to even say what I wanted to get.I was barely next to the speaker for 2 seconds. It’s bad enough you gotta order food. That’s not even real, just to tid you over and then you gotta get yelled at. I seriously think she may have been drunk or on some drugs.If clay county actually had a law enforcement, they should be out there.Arresting the woman!!

I am not a fast food kinda person but visited with my vegetarian daughter to try out their new IMPOSSIBLE BURGER and I have to say, it is INCREDIBLE!
This BK was super clean, newly remodeled and their food was hot, fresh and delicious. The IMPOSSIBLE burger is definitely an item I hope they keep on their menu as it was delicious.
This particular BK had phenomenal employees–very friendly and it was refreshing to see the cashiers patience with an elderly customer ahead of us in line. She was an absolute joy, very helpful with a great sense of humor.
Will definitely be back!

Update 6/7/2021. Lately I have not been able to eat breakfast here because of their new hours. They have a sign taped on the drive thru intercom stating they now do not open till 8am. Today I didnt have to go into work as early so I went to this location. At 8 I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes and it was not moving. One of the other people, that was waiting in line, drove up to the drive thru window and spoke with an employee that informed him that they do not open till 8:45. Afterwards, that same person then drove back around and let the rest of us in line know. Would of been nice for one of the employees to either change the sign or let us all know. There was even one of them outside talking and saw us all waiting for nothing.

Disgustingly rude head manager. The manager josh with his pompous attitude was watching his only 2 employees suffer through 20 minute ticket times and waited for a customer to say something. And when he was approached on why he wasn’t helping his crew he literally said he didn’t care about customer satisfaction. Bathrooms were ATROCIOUS
