The employees here are very nice and fast, i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, a strawberry lemonade and for my kid i got a 6 piece nugget meal. I got my order very quickly for the amount of stuff we ordered! The bathrooms were clean and the lobby was being swept as i was leaving, overall it was a great experience and i will be coming here again!! The food is much better than linda’s

This location has the absolute worst customer service and food. The employees are rude and won’t respect mobile order coupon codes even if you already redeemed it. On top of that, we ordered extra sauce and paid extra for it but they didn’t put it in the bag, when we went in to get the sauce they said we needed to pay for it even though we already did. They also said that extra sauces cost extra, but there were no sauces in the bag to begin with so how would these be considered “extra” sauces in the first place?

The men’s toilet had a inside ring around it. It didn’t look like it’s been scrubbed out in months? The fries was cold. The self serve soda machine didn’t work? The chicken was good. The females bathroom was out of order. Not to impressed with this place.

I experienced very mediocre service recently when I had ordered a 3-Pc chicken strip combo through the drive-thru. I was given and charged for the 5-Pc meal and wasn’t given my selected side of red bean and rice. When I arrived to my destination where I immediately called the restaurant to report the missing item, I was not met with an apology and the person answering my call made it seem as if she didn’t believe me. I became disconnected and I called back and got “Anna” this time (maybe same person), after verifying my order # and purchase, she thought I had said I didn’t get an additional side that wasn’t on my order. After clarifying the nature of my call she agreed to vomp me a free red bean and rice on a future visit.

Terrible place, this Popeyes will 10/10 let you down every time when you want food. Never go here choose a different restaurant. Sauce isn’t the even one of the issues but they won’t give you any even asked 3 times. Workers are young so understandable and the boss doesn’t even keep up with the employees or ingredients.

Dear this store, you guys can be an…rough popeyes store, but its not enough to cover the fact i pay extra for about anything you guys say, and most of the time its not in the bag. Big disappointment, this store is not showing any care for the customers and the money thats being handed over to them. I hope management gets to this, they prolly have 10$-20$ worth of my money for “we charge for xtra for sauce” and its never honored. I work hard for a check and prolly same for the young workers there, and i think we all know how it feels being constantly ripped off by a franchise fast food spot.( Anyways if you want chicken but from a better store the one in marysville by Walmart surprisingly got way better ! Sweet service and extra sauce cause they really Accommodate to the customers! ) have a lovely day
