So I went for the Freddy Fazbear deluxe, So nothing wrong with the main stuff but instead of a cupcake I got fries I am not gonna really ask for a refund since I know it will be hard to explain it to their staff since they sounded like they could barely speak English, unfortunately the staff member that handed me the bag made it clear that English was not her first language when she was asking me if the order she was handing me was mine and the person at the drive through window looked like they did not want to hear complaints since they asked me to pull passed the window so that their staff could hand me the bag. Like I felt like I was not welcomed since they were insistent that I do not wait by the pick up window in a drive through that lead to a main street where I would have to make a U turn just to go back into the main lot. It was not busy and it was me and one other person in the drive thru. I like to check my food in front of the drive thru window so that if there is a problem I can tell them right away but judging by how I was asked to pull forward I would say she was pretty clear she did not want to deal with me after I paid. I also was not asked what type of chicken I wanted for the meal so I feel like their staff needs some retraining because it was not busy at this popeye’s. There is a few times where I was asked to move passed the window to be handed my meal but usually it is for like a big meal or if the company has a time policy in place for the drive thru staff to get them off the timer but again not a busy drive thru and not a busy day. I do not even think I got a receipt all I know is that my order number is 613 got it around 12:30pm -1:00pm

The two young girls with black hair helped me out really well, I read the reviews and were pretty harsh, I’m sorry to hear that. In my personal experience with these two girls with black hair that speak Spanish at this Popeyes location, they helped me out really well. I’m new in town and my first Popeyes experience dinning in, was in here. I felt pretty comfortable and felt the warm environment. I had a wrong order and they were very professional regarding my issue even though it wasn’t their fault. I appreciate their costumer service, because I know now a days how costumer service goes, not the best, but they did made my night and my husband for fixing our order. I bless them for being kind. Mistakes happen, because we are humans, but it’s not the mistake, it’s the way people handle it, if it is with kindness and grace or a trend of rudeness and emptiness.

Ordered 2 piece meal requested for dark meat. They weren’t busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that order was correct. Came home to find out I got white meat instead! Chicken sandwich contained two pieces of chicken strips instead of a whole chicken patty. Popeyes in da valley is notorious for making mistakes on your order but I wasn’t it here since this restaurant is new.

The best and happy customer service. Branded, new clean and nice atmosphere. Really delicious Popeyes Golden BBQ chicken Sandwiches. Everything was delicious and the employee were really honest and smiley all the time.

I honestly don’t even know where to start with how upsetting my recent experience with Popeyes was. I was really looking forward to my meal, only to open the box and instantly feel disappointed. The chicken wasn’t cooked all the way — it was pink on the inside, old-looking, and tasted like it had been fried in grease that should’ve been thrown out a long time ago. To make it worse, the BBQ sauce that I specifically ordered for my wings wasn’t added at all.
What should have been a simple, enjoyable meal turned into a stressful, frustrating situation. I had to get back in my car and drive 15 minutes to the restaurant just to get the order replaced. And after all that inconvenience — time wasted, gas wasted, and the frustration of having to deal with undercooked food — I wasn’t offered a refund for the delivery fee. Not even a basic apology.
What really hurt the most was the complete lack of empathy. The manager didn’t care about what happened, didn’t acknowledge how unacceptable it was, and didn’t show even the slightest concern for my safety or experience. It felt like my feelings, my time, and my health didn’t matter to them at all.
This whole situation left a really bad taste in my mouth — and not just from the food. It’s disappointing when a place you trust for a good meal can’t even meet the bare minimum of quality or customer service. I’ll definitely be thinking twice before ordering from this location again.

(Honest Opinion)
Good:
Honey Mustard and Mac & Cheese LESS WATERY compared to the other Tracy location fries were fries. Chicken sandwiches crunch was there (at the end)
Improvement:
Presentation wise, Mac and Cheese looked like a burger pattie, this however does not mean it tastes bad, it just needs some visual improvement. Chicken sandwiches crunch at first bite was underwhelming compared to the other Tracy location.
My opinion, improve the crunch in the chicken sandwich and improve the visual appearance of the Mac & Cheese.

11th street Popeyes was horrible. Fries cold, tasted like they were sitting from day before. Chicken was cold tasted old. We went in the evening but food tasted like made day before.

Spent about $60 to feed 3 people. Food was very very dry and one meal was fully tossed after only a few bites. So dry and hard couldn’t be chewed. The staff was nice and friendly and environment was clean other than the homeless people around the front door area which is not the restaurants fault whatsoever. The food was bad though and this was a birthday meal and specific birthday request so it sucked extra. I see the Google reviews are very low so the owners clearly know and don’t plan to change anything. Won’t be back.

Everytime I come to this restaurant the GM and the managers are always yelling un organized food never on time the GM always flirting with customers and one person is always doing everyone job while they just stand around letting others do nothing I’ve been to this restaurant since it open was very great at first love the African-American manager they had but now she’s gone and the place is a wreck I’ve tried talking to the GM plenty of times she just hangs up the phone in my face so I go there and the crew tells me she’s on break been waiting for over an hour and she never wants to speak to me but send somebody else to speak to me about an messed up order I put in online instead of telling me they was out they put anything in my bag that’s not good service at all they need a new GM ASAP because the one there now do not do well with running the store…food was old and over cooked like it’s been sitting in the warming for over the time zone

Got there at 11:15am. Got tenders with mashed potatoes and a biscuit for 19 bucks. Biscuit was old and barely edible. Chicken was barely warm and old as well. You’d think it would be fresh but nope
