Sometimes you just have to indulge in good, old fashioned southern style greasy fried chicken! This Popeye’s location is pretty good. The restaurant is clean, the staff is competent and friendly, and my food always comes out correctly. Need to save time? Skip the drive thru and order on the app. Pro tip: look for coupon codes prior to ordering to get a discount!

OK I’m not a big fan of Popeyes chicken so I haven’t went to any Popeyes for quite some time. Last week I went and I got a shrimp box they were out of cocktail sauce, the drive-through wasn’t very friendly at all they are kind of rude. I purchased a chicken sandwich as well it was really good and fresh.
Today I went to get a chicken sandwich I asked them for cheese and I had the same experience as last time but it was a different person in the drive-through it’s like they cut you off from ordering at the order menu
Then when you drive up your met with a drive-through person that is very short and seems to cut you off. I wanted a strawberry cream cheese pie which it is posted that they have them and only need to be told oh we don’t sell those anymore however it’s on the drive-through menu and there’s a sign on the window I don’t know with that poor customer service if I’ll be going back
The food would’ve gotten before if they had the right condiments on hand
And I asked for cheese and apparently they don’t pay attention as I mentioned they cut you off at the menu when you’re ordering, and there was no cheese on my sandwich

Everything was SOOOO clean and staff was very friendly. They help with the biggest smiles. They’re very friendly and the food was fresh. I really appreciate that I was informed of the wait because they said they’re dropping everything fresh. I really like how much they care about the quality of the food as well. Would 100% come back here again…

We order off their drive thru menu and get told that item is discontinued, we ordered something else and then get told they dont have that item. So I ask what they dont have and the girl was confused. After she understood, i then ordered what they did have. Then the wife tried ordering and was constantly met with other, “sorry, we dont have that either” thanks california, this is what $20 per hour gets us. So we drove away and went to a much better place. Train your employees better Popeyes.

This used to be my favorite location. Recently I visited this location and was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and I have been every time I’ve gone back. I keep trying and hoping it was just a bad day but its something every time! This last visit I waited 45 minutes for my online order, at that point it would have been faster to just order in the drive through. When they finally brought my food out they forgot my drink so I was gonna go inside to grab it but the door was locked! I had to call the store and was then informed they didn’t have the item I had ordered. I ended up getting something else but why was it so difficult to just get my food?? The time before this I ordered a doordash delivery, at 1st they told my dasher they didn’t have my order until I got on the phone with the manager. When I finally got my food that time they forgot my drink and my sauces… whether its a staffing issue or management someone needs to get the store back to standard.

The service rating is at 3 instead of 1 star because the young guy working today was so kind. Unfortunately, he was getting yelled at by a fellow employee in her 40/50s who was so rude to him and in front of the drive thru window which is why the atmosphere rating is low. She originally took our order, told me the blackened chicken strips are not an item then passed us to the young guy who clarified that the blackened chicken strips were still on the menu. The woman came back on and shifted the blame. Anyways, the young guy and young girl who brought us our order (after parking) were so nice.

Just ordered from here drove home they didn’t put all of my food in the bag the Mac-N-cheese was burnt and the order was wrong they only had two girls working it was a 90 dollar order should have been right they weren’t even busy the drive thru was empty so was the inside
