Just had one of their burgers and it blew me away — juicy, flavorful, cooked just right, and absolutely satisfying. The best part? Price was awesome for what you get. Big, tasty burger without the steak-house bill.
Perfect combo of quality + value, and definitely worth a stop next time you’re craving a delicious, affordable burger. 5 star service

I had a really disappointing experience with Buffalo Wild Wings and won’t be returning.

I ordered 20 wings (10 medium, 10 Jammin’ Jalapeño), mixed, along with a large order of fries. When I got home, while the flavors were correct, all 20 wings were drums — not a single flat. On top of that, the wings were barely sauced. You could clearly see dry patches, like the sauce was just squeezed on instead of the wings being properly tossed.

I called the store and spoke with Jason, the manager, who told me he would remake the wings if I brought them back. I asked that the fries also be remade since they’d be cold by the time I drove back again, and he agreed.

After driving back to the store (10 minutes each way, twice), I received the remade wings — but once again, they weren’t right. Out of the 20 wings, there were only 5 flats total (2 in the medium and 3 in the Jammin’ Jalapeño). On top of that, no fries were brought out at all, even though they were supposed to be remade. It seems the counter staff wasn’t informed.

There was no offer to compensate for the inconvenience — just a remake after multiple mistakes, extra driving, and wasted time because of poor quality control.

Between the incorrect order, poorly sauced wings, missing items, and lack of accountability, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I won’t be going back to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Ordered to-go. Got home and went to eat the carmel cheesecake I ordered as a pregnancy craving just to find there was no carmel sauce and it was frozen SOLID. I could throw it at a wall and it would probably chip my wall. This is the second time I’ve ordered this cheesecake here and it was missing Carmel the first time as well. This is infuriating at this point and I won’t be back. They can’t even do a simple cheesecake right.

Avoid this place if you’re wanting good food, good service and a clean restaurant. Walked in with my daughter after shopping at Hobby Lobby. There was no one there to greet us. We waited for roughly 5 minutes and was completely turned off by the smell. It was as if someone committed on the carpet and it wasn’t cleaned. Just awful. I took it upon myself to walk by to the bar and grab a table. That’s where all the people were. We sat for 5-10 minutes waiting for a server to appear. Finally! Someone who works here. She was nice, took our drink order and quickly returned. Took our food order and again was very kind. Our food came out and that where looks can be deceiving. When did they stop serving carrot sticks and just toss some baby carrots on a plate? My burger was so greasy that the bun was soggy enough I could barely hold it. We received no silverware. After a few bites I decided the burger wasn’t worth it. The amount of salt on it was enough to last me a lifetime. The boneless wings my daughter got were mostly breading and weirdly chewy. Just overall unsatisfied with the food.

Worst bww I’ve ever been to. Had maybe 6 tables set when we arrived and had to wait awhile to be sat. We sat for 15 minutes or more until the waitress finally came to get our order. The food came out missing things and only half came out the other half was probably 30 minutes and when the wings came they were warm, not fresh and had minimal sauce and still was missing food. She acted as though we didnt ask for that. The only other time she came was at the end when we needed the check. She was not friendly at all never once smiled or acted interested in being there. We watched people all around us wait for far too long to be sat and order for it not to even be busy. Just overall not a pleasant experience. I will say the waitress that had the other tables was amazing she was quick and attentive and friendly. I could tell she was frustrated with her coworkers.

I wanna start off by saying me and my friend who came in this establishment together are very patient people especially with service workers because we both work in food ourselves. Keeping that in mind, it was just us a party of two. It wasn’t very busy, pretty average and maybe even slow for a Friday night. We walk in and the hostess was nice but it was so odd, it seemed like everyone who works there not only wants to die but wants you to know it too. Then our server was honestly something else, i don’t know if she was on something or just rude and distant because both of us were being more friendly to this woman than she was to us, as the customers. I think she maybe made eye contact with me one time the entire 2 hours we were there. Like I said we are patient people so we just brushed it off because we know how it is. As I’m sitting there I notice there’s quite a few employees but it seems like nobody’s doing much of anything but that doesn’t bother me because that’s honestly none of my business, what bothered me about that is how many workers were there, but it took so long for our food to come out that everything was cold when we got it, it wasn’t warm, it was cold. Our two appetizers and both of our entrees are cold as if they had been sitting there for awhile, not even under some type of heat lamp or whatever they may use (or don’t use apparently). Whatever right this is your average not great service, but what made this experience so appalling is my friend found FEATHERS and pink meat in her chicken, considering they don’t strip the chicken and butcher it in the back of the Buffalo Wild Wings I’m not even sure how this even happens, as well as my sauced wings being dry and my friends dry rub wings had literally sprinkled seasoning on it. I tell the manager there ONLY about the nasty wings with the feathers and he took the fried pickles we got as an appetizer off the bill, it seemed odd to take an 8 dollar appetizer off our bill when 9/10 of the 17 dollar wings weren’t even eaten by her because they’re probably not the most edible. What really ties this all together is her mother called right after we left to tell a manger what had happened, he straight up hung up on her after saying “okay I’ll go talk to the manager up front”. I don’t know how this place is even open if they’re serving nasty food, have depressed employees, and clearly no proper management.

My church group went to this restaurant in late November 2025. We had to wait 45 minutes for our our meal order and refills on our drinks. When we got our food it was ice cold. The waitress went to the kitchen and disappeared for 30 minutes stating she was going to get us warm food. I saw her hanging outside the kitchen and asked her if I could get a refill. The kitchen staff told the manager I went into the kitchen. I never stepped foot in the kitchen. The manager came out of the kitchen and approached my church group and told us he would comp our meals. We told him we didn’t want our meals comped. We were willing to pay for hot food. He disappeared for over 30 minutes and came back without our food. He told us that they could not meet our standards. I said to him that we only wanted hot food and he then stated he could not meet our standards. He then accused me of coming in the prior week having the same issue with the food. I advised him that it was my first time there at their establishment. He then stated to my friends and I that we are banned from their location and banned from ordering on line. We reached out to the District Manager and he stated he would reprimand the Manager and send us gift cards . He did not do so. It is obvious that BW3’S does not care. This place should be shut down.

Tiny Wings and CockRoaches!!

We dined in here and saw a big roach crawling from the wall and onto our table! I smashed it with a paper towel and its guts got everywhere. about 2 minutes later ANOTHER cockroach ran across our table and around our arms to our food.

I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and I know that even seeing one cockroach in the dining area means a problem (let alone two!) They can usually be found by storage items in the back of a restaurant, but when they are in the dining room usually there is an infestation going on.

Staff blamed the cockroaches as coming from Michaels Craft store next door after moving Christmas stuff around……BUT I see there are plenty of other reviews that saying cockroaches are here too over the past year, which is why I decided to leave a review because the problem is not getting fixed (clearly).

Our server was very sweet. High menu prices like these we should not have to have roaches on us or near our food.

The chicken wings were also very small in size and lukewarm :/
We love this place and haven’t been in a few months.
So disappointing:(
Will not be back to this location anytime soon.

My husband and I ordered over $50 worth of food last night for pickup. I paid an extra $5 total for our wings to be all flats between the orders.

When I received my order, one of the chicken wings on top that I could see was a chicken drum. Because of paying a fee for all flats on top of the high price, I expect the wings to be all flats as paid for. I told the cashier (young Asian girl) about the wing and showed her/asked if they could put a single flat in a box for me to put in for it to be correct.

She rolled her eyes and said “well it is only one wing…”

I said I understand that but I paid a fee for all flats and it is not right so if you could just give me a flat then we can make it right. She acted very confused and then said ” Well it is only one wing and I can’t do that because then you will be getting free wings that you didn’t order.” I said how am I receiving ‘free wings’ when I am short a flat and have a drum instead. I did not want a new order just a one wing replacement for the mess-up. She said “Well I am going to need to take your order back there and have them redo it then so you wont end up with any wings that you didn’t pay for”

By this point my patience was running thin after I had been so polite this whole time and I was feeling like I was talking to a complete idiot.

I said “I don’t want my whole order remade, I just want the flat in this sauce that I paid for.” She said okay as long as she could have the drum back in exchange but to do that she would have to take my order to the back to take it out. LOL I did not want my food going back there by this point and asked her again to put a wing in a box and I would gladly take the drum out since it was so important that I give it over so it could go into a trashcan.

She said “Okay” then went into the kitchen. Then she came out with 4 cups of wing sauce and handed it to me and said “sorry about the mix-up”. I had never said ANYTHING about the wings’ sauce. I told her thank you for this but where is the flat I am owed? I am confused?? She then got the manager (Jason Crum). I explained to him what happened and my very simple request that this young girl could just not grasp.

Jason apologized and got a flat for me from the kitchen. He said before he could give it to me that I needed to open my box to give him the drum that was put in my box instead. I gave him the drum so he could throw it away and then I left with my order.

What it wrong with these people?

There was no offer to compensate for the inconvenience — just wasted time because of poor quality control and by the time I left from arguing with these morons my wings and fries were cold anyway. They made sure to get that drum back though!

I will just got to wingstop next time. What a shame and complete waste of time, energy, and money.

ive been looking at our waitress and haven’t seen anyone else serving. I’m pretty sure they got this waitress working by herself on veteran’s day. it’s embarrassing on management and it’s caused an hour plus wait. Word of warning to management – treating hard workers like this causes the good workers to leave. She was awesome, she just couldn’t do it all by herself.
