This is the cleanest Popeyes store I ever seen, spotless clean. They have a new lady manager with the beautiful smile and excellent service. Higher recommended to people that love eating chicken. Will come back very soon.

Placed order with mobile app half an hour before pick up. Almost ready but the time I got there and waited in the mobile line. They packed my bag with a family meal, and extra sides that I added in the app and closed the bag and asked if I needed any sauce. They put sauces in and I left. Got home 30 minutes away, no large side and no biscuits which are in the family meal I ordered. Called 10 times, phone just rings busy.

This is the best Popeyes I’ve been to. They are consistent and have great service. It has a good amount of seating too.
In the sf, Daly City area, I’ve only also been to the Fillmore location and it was terrible. I only went there once cause it was closer to me, but I’d rather go to the serramonte location every time now. If you ever want fried chicken go to the serramonte one.

On Tuesday 11/18/25, at around 735pm, my mother entered Popeyes at 990 Serramonte Blvd, Colma, CA, 94014. Upon entering as she took a a few steps in, she had a really bad fall. The fall was due to the staff moping and not placing the proper signage in the proper spot. The signage was nowhere near were the staff had mopped. She fell and injured her back and knee and had to make a trip to the emergency room. What’s alarming about all this, and why I am reaching out is because the negligence on the store manager and her team. The cashier/ employee mocked my mother and smirked. Didn’t offer to help her up at all. Another customer who was picking up his order came inside and helped my mother get up. He then proceeded to ask the team member (young guys) why was he just standing there. And why was there no warning about the floors being mopped. He asked why was the sign shoved in a corner. The customer grabbed the sign and placed it in the front. The team member proceeded to say “I told her to be careful”. That’s absolutely not ok! The store manager came out and in a panic apologized. She was ill prepared for this. She didn’t know what an incident report was or where she could find it. She said she was new. My mom proceeded to hand write on a blank paper the incident, to which the store manager took and said she would handle it. To this day haven’t hear a word this took place on 11/18/25. I have a copy of it. I would like for someone to reach out to me and my mother. I already write to you guys once and nothing. This is unacceptable and so many violations have taken place. From not having the sign or caution that the floor was wet, to no actual incident reports on hand. The way the store manager and team member handled this was terrible. From the smirking that she fell, to not having incident reports. And for the lack of response from my initial complaint.

I ordered online and they got my drink wrong. I ordered sweet tea, got lemonade, not that big of a deal so I still drank it. I like to eat the ice after finishing my drink so I opened up the cup and found a literal ANT inside of it?? And it was still alive and moving. Chicken sandwich is good though

Food was a lot slower than expected, honestly I just didn’t think it’d be busy at 4:15 on a Monday. But they made up for it, all the food was very fresh and I got a few extra tenders out of it. Fry bags were loaded up as well.

I got this back from work at 8:30 and order for 4 Tuesday special and paid with cashier and they said to be wait for 15 more minutes and waited until 9:10 and nobody call my order number and when I ask them they just prepare my order to put left over legs and not Tuesday special order. When I talk to Manger who he said his name Jose treat me that “Do you want your money back or leave, I can’t do anything we are close.”
Even Manager of that store trained to treat a customer like this at Popeyes Louisiana kitchen. Keep it up management.
