First of all, I’d like to say that I love your product that you make there and the spicy chicken is the best I stopped going to KFC because of Popeyes. But the service there is very bad there’s no one at the counter to greet you their backs turned to you. They’re always late on orders. You really need to send somebody down there to train people or get the right people in there. There’s probably only two people that know what they’re doing at any time in that place. This is the Hanford store Hanford on Hanford Ramona rRoad and it’s been every time that I’ve ordered there. It’s always the same thing. You feel like you’re almost a bother to them kind of rude. But your chicken is the best. I have to admit. Just thought you should know..

Ordered 10 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides and biscuits. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. Watched 3 staff members come in before 5pm. Still did not get my food until 5:15 PM. Watched other customers that ordered after me get their food before my order was ready.

When I crave a chicken sandwich this is the place I go too. I usually pre-order ahead of time and when I get there my order is still getting made but it’s okay because I leave with hot fresh food.

First time ever eating Popeyes Chicken. Also bought the $54.00 frozen pre-cooked turkey.
While some believe KFC is better, in my opinion, it’s not. Had the fried chicken, french fries, coleslaw, biscuits, and mac-n-cheese.
Aside from it being luke warm, it was fantastic. Very polite, and joyful. The place was crowded.
The only complaint is price. It’s about 20% higher than comparable eateries.
Update: to each their own. This pre-cooked bird was extremely dry and flavorless. Tell me how a 15lb pre-cooked turkey still has 6 cups of fatty broth in it? It had to be injected with a brining solution. IMHO.
Definitely not worth $58.00

I’ve heard several negative reviews about this location, particularly about how the staff treats their guests and unfortunately, my experience confirmed them. When I visited today, I immediately felt an unwelcoming atmosphere from the crew. I politely asked for a bucket of dark meat, but the cashier quickly said they couldn’t make it, without even checking with the kitchen or making any effort to accommodate the request. I asked again for clarification, and he simply repeated that they couldn’t serve all dark meat, which was confusing since I know that option is normally available.
More than the refusal itself, it was the attitude that stood out, the staff looked at me as if I was a bother rather than a customer. It felt like guests aren’t valued here, and perhaps that reflects a larger issue with how the team is managed. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this location.

Manager with gray shirt co-co there is rude.. has attitude,,, seems she leaves everyone else at the front by themselves doing everything when it’s busy while she does whatever she is doing.. ?store is messy and unorganized.. Wait time for food was over 30 minutes. I don’t know if they’ve changed management but It’s different than the time I came last year.. workers don’t look happy it’s getting warmer very hot.. workers are sweating over the food.. it’s not right treat these folks better and they would strive better with good healthy management creates better workers… do better.. food was quite good nonetheless—but Probably won’t be coming back to this location unfortunately..
