Quite possibly the slowest service of any fast food restaurant I have ever been. Team members in slow motion. Order at kiosk but they still fully operate a cashier. Came on consecutive days and at least 10-15min to get a combo meal.

While the food at Popeyes is always solid, the service at this location is unbelievably bad. I placed my order at the kiosk and have been waiting over 20 minutes, with no sign of my food. The entire pickup board is jam-packed with DoorDash and Uber Eats orders, and it genuinely feels like walk-in customers are an afterthought.
I don’t understand how a “fast food” restaurant can operate without having food ready for the surge of expected online orders, or at least balance them with in-person guests. Waiting this long after ordering defeats the entire purpose of fast food.
Yes, the food tastes great. But the experience? Completely unacceptable. My time is more valuable than standing around for 20 minutes, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location again.

One of the worst Popeyes locations I’ve ever been to. I placed my order 26 minutes in advance through the app, but when I arrived, they still hadn’t even started it. Apparently, they don’t begin preparing online/app orders until you show up, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
To make matters worse, there were at least five other people waiting for their online orders as well. The whole process is disorganized and frustrating. This kind of service is unacceptable and makes the convenience of online ordering useless.

This place is so unbelievably understaffed. The employees are clearly working very hard but food still takes a long time since there are so many customers and so few employees. Really a shame, the experience would be so much better with a few more staff members. We waited like ~30 minutes in the restaurant for an online order we had places ~30 minutes prior (~1 hour wait)

Joined in for the 2nd coming of the Popeyes chicken sandwich craze. This location is one of the few in South OC and one of the best.
Cleanliness: Having last been here 5 years ago when it was dirty and authentic, it is now clean and authentic.
Service: Yes, there was a 30 minute queue to get in. There was an employee at the door who maintained an orderly system of 10 customers at the register at a time for those only ordering chicken sandwiches.
Quality: Two regular and two spicy chicken sandwiches. The chicken was hot, juicy and steaming out of heaven. The buns were sublime, and pickles cut through the meatiness. Pro-tip: Ask for extra pickles. I only wished the spicy chicken sandwich was spicy.
Would easily come back again and so should you!

We enjoy Popeyes, their food is fresh and crispy. Now their service is the worse at this location. I order my food and received it 40 minutes later. I tried talking with employees and they were rude and unfriendly. Same attitude from their manager. I don’t recommend this location.

Better than KFC IMO – better seasoning on the chicken and not as greasy. But obviously you don’t come here because you’re on a diet.
Biscuits and the sweet tea are fantastic! Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans are on par.
