They act like the gravey comes out of their individual check. I paid $13.04 for a 2 piece meal with mashed potatos and gravey and this is what they hand out? Not worth the value and not happy with the food. No wonder they never have a line.

Great experience, I just disliked the fact that I wanted a leg instead of a thigh. That Is the reason i stopped ordering a whole chicken at these franchise chicken Places, because instead of 2 or the correct number of breasts, they try to be slick AND put in thighs, which Is very upsetting for the arm AND leg they charge.

Refuses to give you the pieces of meat you ask and PAY for. The app allows for all dark with meals and combos, they force white meat mixes with the excuse that they don’t “have enough dark meat” to give you what you ask for. So I sneakily ordered all dark meat “à la carte” (not in a meal) which was more expensive…and magically, they had enough dark meat hahaha! Logically the answer would be to cook more dark meat before you run low, right??! Not the customers problem the way I see it. The true problem is..this has happened twice now so I will not be back. Service has also declined. They’re unprofessional at the drive-they as if they don’t want to be there and you, the paying customer, are “bothering them”. Hmmm. Didn’t ask what drink or side I wanted with my kids meal, just gave a total. What they were going to give me…idk. Super weird limits here, owner beware.

The kiosk is a little difficult to navigate at first, but the sale associate are amazing and helpful. The food was very good, as always. Definitely sooth my carving. Thank you to all three employees that were at work today. I really appreciate you all. ATTENTION MANAGER they all deserve a raise.

The drive-thru line was long, so we went inside to order. There are only 7 persons allowed in the restaurant at a time to order. No one was keeping count because customers were just walking in, so maybe they couldn’t read the sign. We purchased the 11 piece meal. It comes with two sides and five biscuits. We also ordered the hot cinnamon apple pie. The female employees at the register were very nice. The chicken is heavily breaded, but it’s not bad, especially with some hot sauce. The coleslaw and red beans and rice are okay, biscuits are good and the hot cinnamon apple pie was great.

This location is hit or miss. But today, I tried to order spicy lchicken- they said it was a 10 min wait. So i said I’d take regular chicken. They said they only had thighs or it would also be 10 min. I couldn’t wait, so i said thighs would be okay. But they upcharged me for it, which was irritating bc it’s their fault no chicken was available. Got home and my red beans side was 2/3 full. Might be the last time I go there.

French fries was good but the biscuit was too dry. As for the fried chicken, the skin has too much oil and the taste of chicken is too light even the spicy one. In general, I don’t think I would go there again for fried chicken.

They take waaaay too long to get your order at the drive thru when the place in empty in and outside. They barely have what you want out of the menu and make you wait an extra 10 minutes to get you food at the parking lot.

I purchased a frozen Mango Lemonade drink with a Caramel Apple cheesecake from drive-thru during lunch today. After finishing them at work I started to feel awful and when I got home it was worse – burning face, cold hands and feet, and stomach problems. I don’t know if it’s the food I ordered or because of my work affiliation but after recovering from that ordeal it made me think twice about eating from here again.

Rude lady taking orders on drive thru. $6.00 big box served with 2.5 tenders and sides half full. Very disappointed of service in this Moreno Valley location. Inspect your order before leaving the place to ensure your order contains the correct portions.
