My wife just came from Popeyes chicken order a 12 piece meal opened up the box. There’s only eight pieces in the meal. Just tried to call them several times it is currently 9:24 PM and they will not answer the phone. This is ridiculous and horrible service.

The chicken was raw and soggy. I brought it back and asked for a full refund of my combo meal but they said their policy is to only refund for the raw sandwich. This despite me waiting 10 minutes for my meal, drove home, discovered the raw chicken, and then drove back to the restaurant. Terrible customer service

Saw this during my travel and got off the freeway. Upset I did They didn’t have most of the items I wanted to order. No Mac n cheese and no drinks!!! Why not supply for the demand? I am a 60 yr old.with a health condition and was there to get some of my favorite chicken I’ve always had a positive experience with the one in Palm Desert, I waited well over an hour and was told by Rosa the team lead that it was my fault very rude I used the kiosk and walked up to pay and asked to add a drink when she then handed me a water cup and said here use this I then waited for 45 minutes when she told me your order wasn’t processed and told it would take 10 more minutes that turned into 20 additional minutes and when they handed me my food not a thank you or an apology the only ones that were symptomatic to my situation was the guy making the chicken and another gentleman that approached me and said they will get it out asap meanwhile Rosa and another girl who hid so I wouldn’t get her name were saying it’s his fault loud enough where strangers were walking up to me and saying sorry that you are going threw this and also will be calling corporate Rosa is very disrespectful !!!!

Worst fast food ever. First of all i ordered Fish & shrip platter. The amount of food was a joke. A very small tiny peace of fish that was lookked like sitting for years and have dried out. Then shrip was as small as a M&M candy size. No flavor and in some fried balls there were no shrimp. The biscuit was dried. The rice n bean side order was joke litterally one table spoon of rice in two spoon of kidney bans. The green beans was from some sort of chesp can. I took few bites n throw away all food for $15. Well there was not much serving to begin with. If u like to waste money sure enter here. Never in my life going again.
