So this morning I went to Woodbridge location for breakfast. I was very disappointed with the cleanness of the food items. First of all the waitress brings my hot water for tea in a dirty stainless steel carafe. It had white splashes of dried liquid (looked like milk )all over the outside of it. I pointed it out to her and said we eat with our eyes first and this is not appealing. She apologized and offered to exchange it for another… which she did. While eating I looked at the jar of honey she had also brought to the table. It too had something white and dried on the outside of the bottle ( see picture attached). At this point I am wondering how clean is my plate and silverware and how clean is the kitchen. I loss my appetite. Before leaving the restaurant I asked to speak to the store manager. I told the manager in a kind way about the dirty items that were brought to my table. And how this is a complete turn off when eating in a restaurant. All the manager said was “okay thanks” . She gave no explanation, no apologies , nothing except “okay thanks”. This is unacceptably.
You have just lost another customer. Goodbye Bob Evans. Hello Cracker Barrel .

In a previous review 3 months ago I visited on a very busy Sunday morning and gave the restaurant a very average review of 3 stars. My wife and I went again on a Thursday morning a little over a week ago and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was not busy and we were greeted with a smile and led to a table right away.
I ordered the Garden Veggie Bowl, which came in a skillet and it was well seasoned and tasted great. My wife ordered the Red, White and Blueberry Farmer’s Choice and enjoyed her meal. All the fruit in the fruit cup was fresh and perfectly ripe this time. The waitress was friendly and very good. She checked on us as appropriate and brought fresh coffee without having to be flagged down. All in all there was nothing that was not top notch this trip so I was happy to give a 5 star review and look forward to going again soon.

Super friendly waitresses! They know a lot of their customers, which is neat, coming from someone traveling. I got the $5.99 deal of one egg, 2 bacon, one biscuit, and fresh fruit! A-MAY-zing deal! We also had a mocha caramel beverage (free refills), and my husband had a farmhouse feast, with biscuits and gravy, I think it’s called? Great food! Sign up for their rewards program! Today we used a $5 off $20. Enjoy my pics!

Update: I tried it again. ALWAYS listen to your gut. Everything was cold and took forever.
And today was it for us; the last time we go to this place. When the diet pepsi is the best part of the meal you know you have a problem. We keep giving chances hoping it will be better, but ALWAYS seems to disappoint. It took an hour to get our food, I get it that was the kitchens fault. But the waitress seemed to forget about us. And refills initial drinks for some. The hostess saw us raise a hand and jumped in to assist us. The food was horrible, I sent my big egg breakfast back. I asked for the eggs scrambled with cheese and I got eggs with shredded cheese sprinkled on top. The blue ribbon bacon was literally undercooked bacon with syrup poured on top of it. The potatoes were extra crispy some of them black on my husband’s plate and his eggs were the same way but he chose to eat them he had taken his insulin so he had to eat something. Our girls only ate part of their food one had chicken tenders and fries she ate 1 chicken tender gave the fries to her sister. The other had a bacon cheeseburger with fries she ate the fries took 2 bites out of the cheeseburger and that stayed on the plate. The pancakes were awful the photo showed they all stayed on the plate as well and the gravy looked like something I would rather not say for the. Biscuits and gravy. Nobody came close to finishing anything. Save your money and your time.

Good presentation and the sausage patties are still the best. Some cost cutting measures have affected the customer experience though. Portion sizes (home fries, hash browns patties) are much smaller. Butter has been replaced by a nasty looking margarine on toast although provided with pancakes. The country fried steak was horrible. About an 1/8th piece of some kind of highly processed meat sandwiched between equal sized amounts of breading. Very clean, great waitress and I enjoyed my eggs and and sausage as always, just a little disappointed with the downgrades.

Angela was incredibly rude and had an attitude from the beginning. When asked if our toast was coming (that comes with the meal) she told us we didn’t ask for any. When told that it comes with it she told us to be nicer. When we asked if she could be nicer she loudly yelled NO. Disgusting behavior.
Thank you to general manager Blanca coming over and handling everything for us ! Gen manager is great-Angela SUCKED.

My daughters love the food at Bob Evan’s, but the service is always annoyingly slow. Most recently, the food was cold. On our most recent visit, we had to send the mash potatoes back twice because they were still refrigerator-cold in the middle. Even on the 3rd round of potatoes, the gravy was hot but the potatoes were still just like-warm.

Ordered via Doordash. We ordered country fried steak with eggs, potatoes, & fresh made biscuits. Im visiting from the Virginia Beach area, which we do not have a Bob Evans out there. I found it very tasty, well proportioned, and definitely had a southern feeling, I was yearning for. A must try if you haven’t! Will definitely order again!

Not even the one star .
Waited 10 minutes as welcome and no one came as a regards.
Ordered rib tips and tender pot roast.
Salad came first and was old and not fresh the lettuce and tomato and spinach specially. Our orders didn’t came in the same time we finished the first dish and still waited for second one . During our dining no one asks or follows up if we need anything. Poor customer service the waitress and the team. Average food quality
Asked for manager name Daniele or Daniel . Not recommended at all .

I want to express how upset I am with the drastic decline this restaurant has had. The food is terrible— the broccoli looks dehydrated or even synthetic, and I have no idea what kind of vegetables they are using now. This restaurant used to stand out for its good food, but now it is awful.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the place is unacceptable. We even left with stomach aches, and when I made a complaint, they didn’t care; all they were concerned about was getting paid. My daughter and I left very disappointed. You can no longer enjoy a healthy, good-quality meal here.
