I I got a nice piece chicken here and I went through the drive-thru. It was the service because I ordered a 8 piece but the guy said a 9 piece would save me $10 and give me an extra piece of chicken. So I gave service a high rating. The dude was super friendly so I gave atmosphere a high rating also. But the chicken was very dry. The legs were good but the breasts were very very dry so I gave the food a bad rating. Also what I want to originally which was popcorn chicken they’ve taken off the menu that’s another reason why I gave the food a bad rating. If you order from here just order dark meat don’t order white meat because it’s dry. About that food at like 2:00 p.m. so it wasn’t late like it’s been sitting under the heater all day.

Popeyes is one of my favorite chicken fast-food and I’m so happy they have it here. Tonight I wanted to do a little review, the French fries were so fresh and crispy, and it was my first time trying the 6 boneless Parmesan wings and the 6 bone-in sweet & spicy wings. Of course, I always have rice at home, so everything was soooo delicious with honey mustard.
My husband enjoyed his spicy chicken sandwich with mac and cheese, too! I’m so happy to have a full and happy tummy, but next time I definitely need to get a large French fries hehe!
And shoutout to the drive-thru attendant who was super respectful and nice. Such a satisfying dinner from a happy Popeyes night!

We repeated our order twice and they still got it wrong. We had to wait for our order and they forgot our drinks. We left because they never came back (it shouldn’t take more than 2 mins to get 2 sodas). Got home and my boneless wing is raw.

Forced to order via a kiosk. Very little staff support if anything is wrong or mistakes are made. Food came out good but it’s hard to recommend this location. Tiny seating area.

Love the food, its great no complaints at all, however the drive thru its always the worst option, is my 4th time in a row and the wait is at lease 10-17 min! Why!!!!! It seems to be the same thing in all of them, just hope that Popeyes hire more people or work better in that area! (This is a brand new location)

***Updating Review 10/17/25: The lack of customer service is still atrocious. Due to the kiosks being there, the employees do not attempt to acknowledge the customers waiting in the dining room for their order. It Took 30 min for a mobile order with two meals to be completed. An extra 5 minutes was just waiting around for the DRINK. “Your order just needs one more item.” -Okay, why does it say ON THE SCREEN that the order is ready under my name??
Turns out instead of filling up a cup with lemonade, the first employee decided to ignore that and wait for a DIFFERENT employee to acknowledge my order, who then finally was like, “Oh, you need a drink .” To top it off, as a to-go order, no straw, no utensils, no napkins.
No common sense, no customer service. We won’t be returning to this location.
**Updating review on 4/2/25: Have been back a few times since they’ve opened, and they need to get a manager or shift leader to run this place properly. Sometimes the orders are incorrect, missing items, bad/stale biscuits, and, the wait is sometimes INCREDIBLY long. After placing a mobile order on a weekday for two sandwiches, a side, and a drink, the wait was over 40 minutes PAST the pickup time!! Waited almost AN HOUR for FAST FOOD! Atrocious. **
Delicious chicken! Way better than Buffalo Wild Wings and KFC. Online and in-app specials aren’t available right now. – they should be up within the next week or so.
Service is fine. Not as good as Chic-Fil-A’s. This may improve once they’ve been open longer.
Second time coming here. First time, my friends and I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and two 2 piece signature combos; sides were Cajun fries, mashed potatoes, and Mac & cheese. Second time, we ordered the spicy wings (w/parmesan garlic sauce) and 3 piece chicken tender combos; sides were red beans & rice and mashed potatoes and their chocolate chip dessert biscuit.
Ghost pepper sandwich: it’s just a special sauce but not nearly as spicy as it should be; still a delicious sandwich with a decent sized piece of chicken. Cajun fries taste like curly fries at most places, so, not impressed but not bad. I love the mashed potatoes; my friend thinks it’s “too seasoned”, Mac & cheese was good (I like Chic-Fil-A’s a little more); spicy bone in wings with garlic Parmesan sauce was great and had good kick; chicken tenders had a crispy, crunchy exterior and tender interior; red beans w/rice was good; we enjoyed the chocolate chip biscuit; oh, and the regular biscuits are perfect!
Drinks we’ve tried: Sweet tea, Mango sweet tea, apple cranberry lemonade, apple cranberry sweet tea, and mango+strawberry lemonade. They’ve all been really tasty, if a bit on the SWEET side.
Overall, tasty fast food!! We will be back!

Drive thru they didn’t give me everything they charged me for. They forgot a sandwich. They didn’t fulfill their part of the deal. New location but these arent child laborers they’ve presumably fulfilled an order before at a previous establishment

That was the smallest Popeye’s I’ve ever visited. The exterior has a fresh design with plenty of parking. While the interior seating is limited, it’s very modern. My order was ready promptly for pickup. I appreciate that this location is closer to my neighborhood and doesn’t require using the highway to reach it.
