I would like to share my honest review with this location after being a loyal customer to dominos for some years now. Trina not only ensured me that my new york style pizza would be made correctly and she stood on business when it came to preparation of my food, great customer service, humble and patient! She also catered to my no meat touching my food concerns (Vegan) by simply changing the pizza cutter. Before Trina I was treated with disrespect by the manager Chris and never met with a sincere after he made my pizza in the same style as the traditional pizza! Whatever y’all do keep Trina around because she is the true definitely of putting customers first thank you girl again! And being from NY this means a lot to me❤️

Placed an order online upon arrival noticed the female pizza maker preparing several pizzas with no gloves or washing her hands in between making different pizzas and or dipping her hands in sauces , cheeses and meats while I waited in the pickup line for 15/20 minutes so therefore I called the store line and asked for a refund before the guy that answered rudely hung up on me after I explained to him what I had observed. I’ve always been a domino’s lover until yesterday!!! Unsanitary is a big no !!! And rudeness is not what I spend my money for!!!

Oh yeah! Get one or two ..for the game. (I went in person and waited in my car.) Counter service was great I asked about different types and the cook took time to explain each type of my inquiry. I ordered a pizza and some wings .. wings could have been prepared alittle better but being short if staff they were fine.

Hi, my name is Jessica and I order from this location a lot. Never had a problem until like a week ago. I called to speak to the store manager about an order that wasn’t correctly made. He was unavailable. That was 2 days in a row. I went up there on that 3rd day and he still was unavailable. However, there is a gentleman that is always there when I go. Tall, long hair (dreads maybe) if memory serves me right I think his name is Kelvin (Kalvin/Calvin) something like that. Anywho, he apologized for the absent of the manager and for my order being made wrong. He corrected the order with no hesitation. He was very polite. I don’t know what his title is within the company but he deserves a raise. (Maybe he should be the manager.

I had only one bad experience at this location a couple years ago, but nothing recently. The food is prepared in a timely manner. The food is always good. Especially the cheese bread, my favorite! I normally order online, delivery but when I go to pickup, they are polite.

I usually love getting my veggie pizza from them but last time I called in I was put on hold for over 35 minutes! I end up driving there only to be told they were busy and lacked worker’s (it was only 3 of them and that was including a delivery guy)and she wanted me to go online and place my order (claiming service would faster)and I’m literally standing in the lobby; like where they do that at?!?! And the lead female in charge showed no empathy towards myself or other customers that arrived complaining about them not answering the phone or waiting on the delivery guy for the past 2 hours! I just end up leaving. They have got to do better!!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. It is clear you are just a number providing money. While that is the case with any large business, they make that really clear here.
When ordering delivery through the app, it doesn’t select the store closest to the delivery location. When I try manually selecting the closest option, it tells me the closest option doesn’t have delivery as an option; so, I go forward with the delivery option provided.
After the tracker states the pizza is in the quality check stage (45 minutes later), the tracker says it has been canceled. When I finally reach the store, they stated that they don’t deliver here (they have in the past). After I explained the situation, the employee then stated the store is not that far away and that I could have gone there to get it. It is clear they don’t care about the customer. When I finally talked with an area manager, they basically stated there isn’t much they can do to fix the issue.
While I was okay with the situation, I am not impressed by the interaction with the employees and the lack of interest in fixing problems that clearly exist.
