This has always been known as the worst Popeyes, but since I live a block away, I’ve given them multiple chances. I stopped going for months, then decided to try again—big mistake.
I ordered 3 tenders and mac & cheese. The tenders were tiny, shriveled, and almost all breading with barely any chicken. The mac & cheese was basically just melted cheese with a hint of pasta. I paid nearly $20 and barely had anything edible.
This isn’t the first bad experience here. They constantly mess up orders, lose online orders, or give wrong items. What’s worse is the manager is always present, yet nothing improves. As a manager, you’d expect at least 90% consistency. Either retrain your team or get better leadership.

This is probably my worst Popeyes experience. First time at this one in Chula Vista on Broadway. Ordered thru the App. I should’ve checked before I left but never had something this bad. First the worst wings were Luke warm, cold by the time I finished 6 of them so the last 6 were definitely cold. Second barely any ghost pepper flavor. Amd no spice whatsoever.

these are supposedly “chicken tenders” ?? there is hardly any chicken and it’s mostly batter. idk if they gave me this because they were about to close… but this is ridiculous. i also ordered boneless wings with the specialty hot sauce and they were put into a box with a thick layer of sauce just on top.

We showed up at 342pm didnt get our food until 435! Very unorganized. People kept complaining from drive thru, to food app pick up and online pickup. Had to cancel my friend’s order that was with me because after 45 minutes, kitchen had just called out her order to be placed!

$4.00 for each piece of chicken with no side is excessive!!! Breast was worth it, but dry. Other two pieces were tiny and I have no clue what they were, except boney. Only wonderful part was the extra crispy, spicy coating. Service was extremely slow for that time of day. Only one employee working drive-up and inside??

The service was horrible, I ordered ahead and had to wait 15mins after my order was ready, they said they were busy, but no one in the drive thru or counter. Even a a Uber pick up and others, complained. The food was terrible and not like other cities ate at, the staff if terrible also!!
