I always get tenders, but this is the first time I got a 3 piece “thin-ders” for a platter. This is pretty sad, never seen them this small! Who packed this and thought it was acceptable?

Great food, service & employees. Always smiling Get our order correct and it’s still warm when we get it. Manager is kind too. We had to wait for a new batch of chicken.. It took longer, close to an hour! Employees kept checking on us & apologized for the long wait. Manager came out with 2 free strawberry biscuits. I forgot the name, but they were so good! We keep going back.

Chicken wasn’t golden it was undercooked so it was as pale looking as the biscuit, tasted bloody with no salt. Skimpy on the mac and cheese. They charge for more then 2 sauces and don’t give u a receipt unless you ask so make sure they arent charging u extra for sauces u did not get. Also rude cashiers and always empty here for some reason they dont get alot of business and i see why…. Ill never go back to this popeyes

Completed a mobile order, it was ready when I arrived. However, my order was missing items when I got home, thus some family missing food. I called and spoke with manager, she was confused and unsure what to do. I offer to return and get rest of my order (12 minute drive)…. Had to wait another 10 minutes for chicken..customer service could be better, no compensation for missing order returning and waiting for the rest of my order.

Hands down the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Very small location inside of the gas station, workers aren’t properly trained in customer service. Food is cold and undercooked. Ordered a chicken sandwich that had a fish taste when biting into it. I can happily say I will never come back to this location.

The chicken is always crispy, juicy and delicious. The side options are great, way better than Kentucky Fried Chicken, not that KFC is bad, just not as good. Sadly, every Popeyes I’ve been to has been great except for the one nearest my home in Murrieta.

It is a good thing their Chicken is yummy, because the service sucks. The lady doing the drive thru today, was crabby, short tempered, and rude. Asked me for the code on my offer, then yelled at me, cause she said I was wrong. So I pulled up to the window to show her, and she snipped at me, oh! The survey. I was LITERALLY the only car in line, so can’t use that as an excuse. Hope she gets happier as the day goes on.

First chicken sandwich the lady gave me was a cold one. So I tell her to warm it up for me, and she gave me a second one. When I got home and open it, man! I have no idea what I’m eating, it Taste like chicken cracker. No meat all powder!

This is by far the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. They never have sweet tea, 15 min for my popcorn shrimp, half of the time they don’t have Mac n cheese. The staff is less than happy with their job. Not coming back. If it wasn’t Sunday I would’ve went to Chick FIL a. Terrible.
