Today I went through they popeyes drive-thur ,and Stella served me . I hadn’t SEE that girl in a long time ; My son used to go there , but we hadn’t see her until today . (My son went back later) When I told him Stella was there he was surprised personally I think She’s a very Nice girl . From they moment I started ordering her voice sounded friendly When I got to they Window she served me very kindly , always with a smile .I ordered two orders of they 9- pieces chicken special .she told me it was still cooking , and after abount fivr minutes , she personally brought me My order. Very politely ,I noticed that she had included extra platea and cutlery in My order , which is something I really appreciate . They should hire more people like her.♥️

I went to the drive-thru location to order some food. I spoke to the store manager Yeiczarit I had a coupon for a three piece chicken tender meal with a side, biscuit and a drink. I was told that the coupon was online only. Which was a lie the coupon said I could use it at the store. Then the drive-thru attended stop talking. I saying hello and she won’t answer. I drive around to the front and walked in. It’s 4 people inside and 8 customers also complaining about there food and service. I waited 10 minutes to order from Blanca who told me that the pos system isn’t working and I should try the code online. The code 5757 states in store but no one knows how to work the pos system. She said you need to talk to the manager who is also working the drive thru Yeiczarit. I waited 15 minutes before she came over to speak to me because she knew I was the one in the drive thru. She couldn’t work the machine and stated the coupon is invalid or for another store. I asked why she ignored me in the drive-thru and she stated that she didn’t but was surprised I came in the store. After 10 minutes of back and forth she found another coupon that was different from mine and gave me that so I would shut up. I waited another 40 minutes for my order. I have never been to a fast food restaurant with horrible customer service skills and a bad manager. More people are now in the restaurant complaining. I had just purchase food from another establishment that was now ice cold due to this nightmare. I will never eat at this location ever again. This location needs to be closed or better management. I have already submitted a request to Popeyes directly.

It deserves less than one star. I’m writing this out of anger right now. I waited in the drive-thru for about 7 minutes, and then a woman spoke to me through the intercom. I told her it was an Uber Eats order and the customer’s name. Due to my limited English, I repeated the customer’s order name to her. There couldn’t have been more than 2-3 orders in total because there were no other cars behind me or in front of me. She insisted she didn’t understand and kept making me repeat the order name. If you continue to put someone so deaf and incompetent on that phone, you will lose many more customers. I got angry and went to the window. In total, it took me 20 minutes to get to the restaurant and try to pick up the order, and they couldn’t even prepare one order in 20 minutes. It’s truly ridiculous and frustrating. That’s why I didn’t take the order. I will never serve a restaurant like this. I will not serve a restaurant that treats me with such a racist attitude. I hope they don’t treat the people who come after me the same way. It’s a disgrace.

This place does not need a dine in. I have yet to see someone sitting down eating. For some reason I always have a problem with my order, and there is always a language barrier between me and your staff. I placed my order online. Where you have the option for the fish sandwich. As I was walking up, you clearly have a picture of the fish sandwich posted in the window. I go to the counter and Elana says “no fish sandwiches, discontinued for two weeks”. She then attempts to give me a chicken sandwich, when I did not ask for the chicken sandwich. I asked for a refund and she directed me to the site. There I hit an option and it gave me a “closed” response. That my order could not be cancelled. This placed certainly needs help.!! And my God, your jalapeños were beyond dried out.! May I add a lady came inside and said “I waited 20 min for bone in wings, you all gave me boneless”. I mean terrible. Get this place all the way together.!

This was the cleanest Popeyes I’ve ever experienced eating at. Everything was immaculate. The parking lot was even cleaner than I’ve ever experienced at ANY fast food restaurant. The lady taking orders was wonderful. The moment I walked through the doors I was greeted. You won’t mind spending your hard earned money here. After ordering my lunch I checked my order for accuracy and everything was correct. Yayyyyyyyyyy. I will drive out of my way to visit this Popeyes Restaurant. It’s definitely a 10/10. My food was hot and everything was Great down to the hot-sauce and honey I requested. Visit this location and I promise you’ll experience the same Great Service.

I feel terrible even having to write this review but after waiting 2 hours in line for my order to be wrong; here I am. We were not greeted once we drove up to the order window and when we tried placing our order, there language barrier was too great so we pulled up to the window to place it…I tried ordering my sandwich without sauce and she couldn’t understand that…I’ll just wipe it off with napkin I guess. I also ordered the fried pickles (which they later weren’t able to give me a refund for due to them being out of stock once my order was completed for whatever reason) and the $17 meal deal with a sprite. Once our order was placed it came out in freely timing but my sprite had no flavor syrup to it…they were so busy I don’t even bother going back because the cashier it was her first day poor thing. This is a reflection of management and it’s evidently poorly ran so please I suggest literally any other Popeyes location until this one gets a good game plan in tow. Food was hot tho can’t truly complain..

If I could give a negative star, I would. I’ve been going here for awhile. Haven’t had a problem until today. I went to purchase the 14.99 fansville meal with the free drink. When I got the cost, they over changed me… then tried to say it’s not on the menu. I went back and forth with the person in drive through. I had to get out of my car, take a picture to let her know she doesn’t even know her own menu. She then charged me more then the first order, which was wrong. I asked for the manager and she said. He was out, then I asked for her information…. all of a sudden she got the manger, Oscar. He tried to say there was no offer, I showed him the picture of his own menu. He then tried to say ” ohhhh , that’s old” well as a customer that’s has nothing to do with me. How do you both not know your job, I was there yesterday and it didn’t show up til today… so he was lying. This is such bad business, they ended up losing, myself and two other cars behind me even said that’s what the sign says… they left as well. This manger is costing you customer. When is money.

I don’t really have much negative to say about these people. However, I have them a receipt, with a coupon for 2 free pcs of Chicken and a free biscuit. I told them I wanted 2 thighs. However they gave me a thigh and a Drumstick. I dislike when people are in such a hurry that they mess up my order. I try to be considerate and not hold up the line to check my order. But, experiences like this are going to make me change that methodology. It may seem small to some. However, it’s the principal. Plus, I don’t like drumsticks!

By far the nicest and cleanest Popeye’s I’ve been to. There was only one couple in front of me in line so I didn’t have to wait long. Staff was friendly although not the most attentive. I had to go back and ask for one item that was not in my bag.
