I ordered (2) $6 tender special. Tenders cold, macaroni nasty. The manager is the one who served me so you would think that he would get the meal right then give us no grape jelly or the condiment that we asked for for our Tenders. When someone gets off of work and a manager, sorry to them they shouldn’t have to look at their order to make sure it’s right I thought because he was the manager. The order was done right and it wasn’t the person in the front had three people ahead of me and he took forever to serve one person The manager had to come up to the register to serve me and I still got my food for the other people got theirs, the tenders Were cold like unbelievable I want to jump on the freeway to And while I’m checking my order, I see there’s no condiments. The size are super dry and the chicken was cold never again. I should’ve follow my first mind by going to El Pollo Loco chicken never serve Code Popeyes is becoming the worst chicken place.

I was the first one to order at 4:33 a 5 spicy combo, they said there was a wait, but at 440 they were barely dropping them in fryer and served EVREYONE ELSE that came after me Before it’s 452 and I just got my food. This Popeye’s is so bad I am writing the review before I finish my food.
My order was not accurate (missing items), sauces weren’t included, no utensils, 3 napkins (no joke) and the bag was tight so tight that the fries and chicken became soggy. Total disaster!
I’ll be making the drive to the one on Stephanie even though it’s 5 minutes farther from my place.

My son and I came in here to buy some chicken thighs at about two o’clock in the afternoon, and the manager there told me that there was no chicken available. No chicken! How stupid! What kind of chicken restaurant doesn’t have chicken ready for the entire second half of the day. Whoever their manager is did not order the amount of food that was needed. It’s really, incredibly unprofessional and terrible business. This review is about the horrible management at Popeyes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Busy location and slower service are my only negatives, chicken sandwiches were very tasty, their new chicken tenders are a good value (24 piece, 10.99). They are big and the white meat was tender and juicy. The 24 piece gives you choice of 4 sauces, if you want more they are 25 cents a piece. The large cajon fries are huge, enough for 3 or 4 people. The sweet hot sauce was delicious and the peppered ranch was really good too. Service today via drive thru was good albeit slow, about 15-20 minutes.

I tipped 2 different Uber drivers because they tried to make it right but still didn’t get what I ordered and they gave me fries instead of red beans and rice.. cold chicken both times too!! Greeted the second we walked in. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating. They didn’t have anyone else in the lobby, so I told her we were going to wash our hands, and they had the code to the bathroom ready to go lol. Our food came out fast, and piping hot! Definitely would eat here again.
