I don’t expect any restaurant inside the airport to be good. But Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen falls short of my lowest expectations. Bad service and the food were among the worst experiences I have had at any Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. The prices of water and soda are the highest at the airport, too!

Flew thru Vegas as a layover and was super hungry…Popeyes was the better choice that was closest to my terminal. Service was nice and the food was good!

I frequent this Popeyes location whenever I’m flying through the Las Vegas Airport, and the food and service are consistently on point. I also appreciate that many of the staff are Filipino—the chicken is always moist, flavorful, and prepared well.

If I had to offer one critique, it would be that one of the aunties behind the counter sometimes gets frustrated when customers don’t pick up their orders right away after their numbers are called. When she exclaimed in Tagalog, “I’ve been calling that number and no one comes,” it created a slightly tense moment, especially with fellow Filipinos nearby. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it did affect the atmosphere a bit.

Overall, though, this location remains one of my favorites.

This was a horrible experience. I had noticed that there was no flavor to the chicken strips and they were not brown, instead they were blonde in color. I brought it to what I believe was the owner Patrick. Patrick was very rude to me, even though i made it clear that I wanted nothing more than to bring it to his attention. He was so rude to me that person behind me in line stepped away and refused to order. I was also approached by another customer who said she was appalled at Patricks disrespectful and rude attitude, and agreed that the chicken tenders were very bland. I’m not sure if Patrick was having a bad day, or whether too many other people were complaining about their food as well, but Patrick needs anger management classes!

Good got an airport location…they have a little seating.

Prices are quite high…5 pc tender meal comes in at $20+…but what do you respect at an airport.

Probably a 3.5 for me.

Anytime Im traveling I have to stop by this Popeye’s because compared to where I live this Popeye’s hits My food is always piping hot and the wait is never very long. My only complaint is they need somebody to buss the tables so that people have a clean area to eat. Im not sure if that’s a Popeye’s issue though or the airport.

Spicy chicken sandwich. Too expensive compared to regular price. I know it is located in an airport, but even in that case $10 for one chicken sandwich is way too expensive as regular price is about $4. Taste itself was great, quite salty though.

This used to be my stop every time I flew through LAS. The food used to be consistently great, well-portioned, fresh, and reasonably priced compared to other spots in the airport. That is no longer the case here. The staff are obnoxiously rude now, ignoring customers, eating their own food behind the counter while they “serve” customers. Their menu is confusing, and when you ask to clarify if drinks are included with combos, they say yes, only to charge you an additional $5.49 for a drink. That’s deceptive marketing. I cancelled my order after the whole drink idiocy, only to be responded to with “fine then, go somewhere else”. Whoever the franchisee of this location is needs to either get their staff together for a serious chat about how to serve customers, or they need to find staff who are willing to take care of folks the way they used to. The clashing signage may very well be a Popeyes corporate issue, but the franchisee and Popeyes need to get it sorted and be honest when customers ask to clarify if drinks are actually included. $20+ for a meal and drink at a fast food joint is hilarious when Wendy’s nextdoor charges around $12-15 for a similar combo meal.

IT WAS HEAVEN TO SEE POPEYES!
After two weeks of Taco’s, Carl’s jr and Jack the Box burgers, in L A, San Diego and San Francisco. My eyes filled with excitement, my taste buds went into a cold sweat. When saw POPEYESI at Las Vegas airport.I paid $25 for four pieces of chicken, two sides and a soda. And it was GREAT!
