I ordered my meal only to be told by my delivery that they completely ignored my order until they got there to pick up my food. What was meant to be a 30 minute wait for food to be made and delivered turned into an hour and a half wait. While my meal was being made I was told that they were out of rice and mashed potatoes and refused to make more. So they replaced my sides with coleslaw that smells worse than it tastes – which doesn’t taste very good to begin with – and macaroni and cheese.

This is the most poorly run restaurant I have ever been to. I waited ten minutes at the drive through call box before they took my order. Then when I ordered, they were out of a bunch of menu items. I get to the window and they tell me, they are also out of Mac n cheese. Which I paid extra for. Do they offer fries as a replacement. I said, how about extra fries? They said sure. Then of course they didn’t put the extra fries. F this place.

#7- 1/4 lb shrimp and 2 tenders (reg or spicy). One side, rice and beans are tasty. So is the mac and cheese. Limited time, ghost pepper wings are delicious but not so spicy! Tenders, wings, whole chicken pieces (reg or spicy) and desserts.

Ordered a 3 piece meal at the drive thru, the worker could have said the chicken is still cooking, I would have been fine with that, I waited 15 minutes, went inside only to be told it’s not done. I didn’t get after the workers, because I know the fault lies with the owner or trainer who should be there supervising and making sure the customers are satisfied and the workers know what to do rather then have them stand there waiting on chicken to be done.

Know before you go, This will likely be your experience if you use the drive-thru you’ll sit there for about 5 minutes before somebody acknowledges your existence. When they do it will be a rushed demand for your order. If you order the featured ghost pepper wings, they will tell you it will take 10 minutes and ask if that’s ok. So if you have 30 to 40 minutes to kill then you’ve come to the right spot. I was wondering why the two vehicles ahead of me just drove away after waiting a bit. My condolences to the owner.

We went over there to have lunch at 12. It was not busy there was only 3 cars in the drive through and we went to dine in, and when we got there they were only helping drive through first. There was 3 people working, and they did not greet us and there was a line behind us! No one was acknowledged, and the manager said “we will be with you when we CAN” So us and the line behind us all left!

8-4-23 Night shift service was terrible also mash potatoes was terrible, also they claim they didn’t have spice to make spicy chicken and where waiting for the truck to come in on a Saturday morning
