The customer service that was provided by Dawn was above and beyond expected at any fast food restaurant. Along with the super crew working along together they understand what team work is. I have never been to a Popeyes if it wasn’t for my son wanting to go eat there I wouldn’t have had such an experience. I give thanks and gratitude to these individuals who feed my family and appreciate there hard work. Thank you, Dawn, Leticia, Oren, Daniel and Beto! 1. The fries were served old and cold. The pieces of chicken were not the 10. 2. The service is bad, unprofessional, not amicable to clientele. 3. Atmosphere is empty all the time which should tell you that it’s better to go elsewhere. When I showed up they were refunding someone which is also a bad sign. And yep, not worth it.
At least for specific establishment in Deming, it is not good at all. Definitely not going back.

As a Popeyes regular from Texas to California, I decided to try this Popeyes after reading the one positive review posted last week about a new manager making things much better. The service as friendly and fast but there is something wrong with the food at this location. My spicy breast was crispy but pulled away from the meat too easily. It appeared to be cooked and not raw but there was something white and creamy mid way through. The texture was just off. The mashed potatoes had the right flavor but weren’t the right texture either – almost watery. My husband’s coleslaw tasted kind of slimy. We love Popeyes and hate leaving them a bad review but it was bad. The only thing that tasted excellent was the biscuit.

This store is by far the worst everything in deming nm they don’t answer the drive thru the take forever to provide any service at all never seen anything like this by the way I’ve been in the drive thru for literally 22 minutes and still haven’t received the food it’s crazy and they just super lazy!!!! If you are hungry do not go there anyone will leave mad!!!!!

The restaurant was freezing cold, I had to keep going outside to warm up. The food is very expensive. We ordered chicken tenders, it took a very long time to get them, 3 customers that ordered after us got their food first. The fries were not fresh, kind of like cardboard. We finally got our food and left only to find out that the sauces were not in the bag or boxes. I will not be going back

After waiting for this restaurant to open, especially for the best Dirty Rice ever, find out they don’t have it at all! Chicken tenders absolutely tasteless. One of 5 tenders was actually 5″ × <1/4", total ripoff! The other picture is of 5" long coating only, no chicken inside!! Will only return if they get Dirty Rice back.

I’ve tried to like this place but I’ve given up. They never have any chicken. How to sell something you don’t have? Makes no sense. The chicken they did have and sold me wasn’t what I ordered. One tender was nothing but crusty no chicken. My tea was OLD and sour. Won’t be back.

Went inside and the same person taking orders is the same person helping to pack the food so lines were long.
The building had dead roaches inside. No cup lids, floors all dirty and very unorganized. The worst Popeyes location I have been to. Staff had no gloves on while handling the fries and packaging food orders. Messing up peoples orders. Overall horrible experience.
