Ordered the ghost pepper wing combo which included 6 wings, Cajun fries and a biscuit with the frozen mango lemonade. Really good price for the amount of food. I wished the wings were more spicy since they’re “ghost pepper” but I still enjoyed the crispness and I prefer the wings’ texture over the nuggets. The Cajun fries were really good and I recommend them as a side! +Service was fast and polite.

Driving through Albuquerque on a Sunday I was hungry for fried chicken and this store was reasonably close to my route. The Food was good though it was fried slightly too long and the service was good It was a little slow maybe due to it being Sunday. But the location had a man harassing drive through customers for money, even after being told no he kept knocking on windows, staff tried to get him to stop and were in the process of calling 911 for help. The drive through ordering sign was shattered from someone hitting it with a fist or weapon, you can still order just can’t see it. All in all if you go there keep your doors locked and windows up.

The drive thru is a long wait and the chicken was alright. It’s not disgusting nor delicious, I got a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was crispy and juicy. It was just too salty for me and didn’t like the salty taste. The rice and beans was bland, it just tastes like nothing. The mashed potatoes was good! I like the gravy and it has flavors that my tongue enjoyed. It wiggled, wiggled… the biscuits was dry like the savanna dessert. You can choke on them bisc! The fried chicken was crispy and dry. I was disappointed like a fat kid didn’t get a birthday cake on his own birthday! There was no meat and it was chewy like I was snapping into a slim Jim. It did had a spicy kick and it was crispy. That’s about it…. All skin and bones no meat. Don’t get me started with those tiny as$ drumsticks. Besides that good customer service and was very friendly.

Very busy, but we waited for our pick up order. Service was friendly on the phone and in person. They forgot to bring both orders at the same time. It took 30 min to get our spicy chicken sandwiches and fries. The chicken pattie was large and tasty.

The lunch line was quick, and the employees were kind and efficient. The food, however, was lacking. I ordered two 4pc combos, one spicy all dark meat and the other just regular combo. The chicken was bland to be kind. Not only that, but the much loved biscuit had a hint of strawberries to it. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the food.=(

Popeyes always has a long line, not ideal for lunch breaks. The drive thru line was long so I went inside. The lobby wasn’t clean (crumbs and trash on tables) also there had been a few guests waiting for their orders for 40 minutes before I arrived. Everyone was complaining and the manager blew it off and did nothing to correct or apologize for the delay. I had waited about 10 minutes for my order which I was thankful for but they skipped everyone that was before me. Unfortunately they got my order wrong and I didn’t feel like waiting to correct it. It’s fast food and everyone is experiencing staffing issues but they need organization. It’s good food but the experience ruins it.
